He was announcing a continent changing doctrine that he hopes the rest of Europe adopts. Europe has been his home, and he has seen it change over the years. He knew that Europe will always be at each others throats, but he knew that we would defend the continent together should we need to Europe. He walked in front of Wawel Castle in Krakow. There stood a makeshift wooden stage, a mahogany podium with the Commonwealth seal, the Commonwealth flag on the left side of the stage and the Polish flag on the right side. He walked up to the podium and faced the crowd. He had a speech prepared by an aide, but tossed the notes aside. He spoke from his heart and mind about Europe and the new doctrine. "The Commonwealth calls Europe her home. Europe is a continent that is home to many other as well, ranging from the Slavs, Poles & Czech to the Prussian, Bavarian & Dalmatian. We have fought in the past, we have fought in recent times, and most likely will fight in the future. It's the nature of our ways, and it always will be. There is one thing that keeps us all united though, even if we all have different ancestors, we are all the same. We are European. This is why the Commonwealth believes in defending the continent from non-European invaders. If one European nation is invaded by a non-European nation, our land has been invaded. Our people get hurt, European lives are lost, and that hurts Europe as a whole. From this day forward, the Commonwealth will follow the newly created "Wawell Doctrine". This doctrine stats that should any European nation be invaded by a non-European invader, we as a nation will assist them any way we can. We urge other European nations to adopt this doctrine to help protect our lands. No matter your feelings toward each other, no matter if you have warred each other, you all are European. Europe is our continent, and it should always be our continent." He stood there, with a few beads of sweat dripping down his neck. The audience applauded, cheered, whistled with excitement. There were hints of people chanting "Eur-ope, Eur-ope, Eur-ope". The king walked off the podium and into his town car. He had to get to a meeting that started 15 minutes ago. Or when a European nation is attacked by another European natioon, and a non-European ally assists the defenders by invading the aggressor?" "Note that although we believe this Doctrine is a step in the right direction, the way the Doctrine was described it would support the European nation regardless of whether it is the defender or the aggressor, and we find that to be a cause of concern." She laughed, it was always breaking news to these people. The "Wawel Doctine", the same format of a doctrine issued by Tahoe and similarly the African nations. "Well." She said smiling at the television. "Common sense finally reaches the land of my ancestors, well maybe if every continent keeps to itself, the world wouldn't be at war." She chuckled. "Lets see how long a continent can keep its nose buried in the ground though. My guess, not that long." And continued walking down the street. It is our firm belief that unwarranted aggression anywhere by anyone should be opposed by all able nations, and the selfish outlook of certain nations who seek only for protection of their own geographical area is not something we will agree with. As per our pact, we recognize the EU as the dominant coalition in the Eurozone and being properly equipped to handle this task in their sphere."
