Why would that even be a priority for Karma? What good does it do them or harm does it do NPO after the war is over to limit their peace mode nations? Peace mode is harmful to your nation when you're not in a war, why would Karma want to stop them from doing that? I think they need to make the reps smaller and make them re-write the charter and get it approved by Karma forces. That is the fairest way to go if you ask me.. Why should they rewrite their charter? Those wars are in the past, they have concluded. Not every alliance that they warred with disbanded (FAN) so how can the alliance as a whole be held responsible for the lack of resolve of the defeated? How they want to run the alliance internally is up to them, but I see no reason why Karma, if they should demand a U-turn in their foreign policy should not receive it. That reminds me of tourettes guy But repaying all previous reps seems a bit unbalanced considering the game has changed so much since the time a lot of those reps were given out.
