Well if TOP didn't act on that violation that's their own fault really and doesn't mean Umbrella or anybody else effected by this instance of breaking the treaty is obliged to look the other way (unless they want to).

I don't think you realize what a difference SDI coverage makes - NPO had huge gaps in their SDI coverage (as did the allies they called in), which allowed us to do what we did. I haven't checked on our CnG allies, but we're rather better prepared in that regard.

Probably the guy who started this thread is what they have against Carthage. Unless you meant a city-state from another world, in which case it's a bit more complicated.

It's not surprising the geniuses who pre-emptively declared on a previously uninvolved bloc are already crying out white peace or no peace in all but those exact words.

Or Citadel could just dissolve or something. We'll see what happens but if Citadel (the bloc - not necessarily the alliances within) survives this war it'll be a shadow of its former self in all likelihood.

Frankly, I wish it was a trap because it would mean we could actually work out such a complex plan and execute it so well together.

Unsure did not say TailsK couldn't go wherever he wanted. What he said was that if TailsK truly felt that those alliances would be the best ones for his members to join upon his alliance's disbandment, it'd make sense for him to join them himself. Even though he's disbanding his alliance, by suggesting his members join whatever alliance upon disbandment, he's exercising what leadership he has left. The best leaders lead by example. QED.
