ComIntern discussions

Like with anything, we will do a vote. Two separate ones; one for the exchange of territory, one for the treaty itself, unless several of the ComIntern members object.

OOC: Didn't Frost move those into the territory east of Manchuria? I think he did.

OOC: Yes I did. I even have some RP of them being there, There isn't a single Kyokujitsan in former Altin Urdan areas, and right now are under Nikonov's territory (Manchuko), so anything sumer says feel free to ignore

OOC: There you have it, Sumer.

Also, decision of the second mod:

Even if it is the successor state to DKT...she re-rolled with Altin Urda, different leaders, different ethnicity.

She can say what her people are most likely to do (like when LVN abandoned Imperial Wellington), but she can't dictate what they actually do.

Thus, Sumeragi, you have no direct control over the people of Kyokuji...-thingy. However they're written. You can say what they're likely to do, but what they ultimately do it no longer up to you.

IC:

OOC: failure to read. I had my troops throughout your entire former region. Discussion is over. Sorry about intruding on the thread lynneth

OOC: No problem.

Sumer, if you have any further problems: Take it to the GMs.

Further posts discussing anything regarding your people will result in a report for disrupting the RP.

With Cainette's vote, 55% of the ComIntern voted against the land-transfer. It thus cannot achieve the 66% majority.

Exchange denied.

We vote No. While we feel a NAP and economic co-operation would be a good idea at some point in the future, we feel that at this time, such a move would be irresponsible. We have had very little, if any, diplomatic contact with the government in Yamato so far and it is not possible to ascertain the type of leadership of Yamato or its policies regarding foreign affairs. Some of the public statements from the government of Yamato so far have us hesitant about establishing ties with the country. Instead we propose an evaluation of the possibility of the establishment of diplomatic ties between individual ComIntern members and Yamato. It would allow us to get to know Yamato more before we commit ourselves to a NAP or economic co-operation.

Before signing, you will need to ask for admission into the ComIntern. Once that is done, we will hold a vote and send inspectors to your nation to see if your policies et cetera are in line with those of the rest of us.
