I'm also fairly certain this was their last stand, so the question will forever remain hypothetical. Sidenote: They were at 140 Nukes (20 Nukes per Nation) when they attacked. They are now at 7 Nukes. That's a lot of damage done. I still can't believe they beat us to 20 NpN.
