  1. I was just channeling him, casting nonsense about with little regard to truth or to reality. Ever wonder why he did that? Ever wonder why many of your more outspoken members do that? Hey, I obviously am just making stuff up here like TBB did to gum up the works. Back on topic, time to go and hope there are no punitive reps but that stolen funds are returned. Also I think NPO, IRON and Echelon have been getting a free pass here... too much tpf chatter Good luck, mhawk. I like you and hope that saying this does not offend you.
  2. Yes, indeed. I look forward to The Big Bad's final thread... (no, not that one)
  3. Yeah, I have seen even some continuum threads parroting this line. Surely explains all of this erroneous Vox intel on TPF I have been catching up on. Well-played.
  4. lol well played. Did the pirate tell you I bit so hard I pm'd him? I feel so used and abused.
  5. Interesting that you bring up the noCB war again here at this time. If any alliance were to be asked to share in paying for their roles in those crimes it should be NPO, GGA, and TPF. The depth of hypocrisy and months of prep work behind the scenes was astounding. Members of the Citadel and alliances like Rok and Fark simply have no idea what a bill of good they were sold. Yes, Sponge was an $@!, but he was an honest $@!. The dishonest "criminals" were the ones who told you they were your friends while they laughed at you behind the scenes for your naivete as you marched on Polaris. Thank admin for Karma.
  6. I agree and that was not my point at all. There really never was a TF! or even a TPF pre-mhawk. There was a personality cult much like what we see in the currently ailing Pacifica today. Just as I hope the nations of tpf are given some honorable peace terms, I also don't want to see the nations of the NPO punished with reps. Repay some key reps they extorted from some helpless alliances yes, but not pay reps for the sake of reps.
  7. No offense, but without compromising your current alliance security, you are wrong and unless you insist, I should refrain from posting more from the Vox archives to show here just how wrong you are. (These things probably should be burned now that Vox is dissolved. And no good really would come from posting much of this stuff.) I still stand by my original sentiment that I hope TPF is not asked to pay outrageous reps, and definitely not be asked to disband. It would seem just if TPF were asked only to repay received reps to allliances like the GPA and Athens and perhaps 2 or 3 others they received reps from.
  8. I'll remind you of Poison Clan and Atarax. All who left were to be attacked and their leaders were to be sentenced to PZI when they left (across rerolls, yes), and then the remaining TPF government went to hell in a handbasket trying to make sense of that. Now they have mhawk and that cool deathcat dude trying their damnedest to hold things together. Man, I love the Vox Populi alliance history archives.
  9. TPF is referred to as totalfarkistan or TF! in our history books. Same leader, same policies.
  10. Slayer/TPF must have mellowed post UJP war. From what I know from friends who he threatened to pursue across rerolls following GW3, there was no diplomacy involved in the DIAF list. It was die in a fire, period.
  11. There are many, many nations TPF kept at PZI and they even had a name for one of their public lists, the DIAF (die in a fire, net meme) roster. I know someone who was placed on TPF's DIAF list for having nuked Slayer during a great war. He was lumped in with dozens of other PZI-sentenced nations, many of which had nazi-esque sounding or suggesting names, such as Adolf Anything and Slaytanic Wermacht mebbe, and many had offensive commentaries in their bios. It was pretty insulting, since there was nothing racist about him. I think his name was Denial, which is altogether fitting in this discussion today.
  12. I challenge you to find one alliance on Planet Bob that fits California's alliance parameters that has not been raided by Poison Clan. Also, make no mistake about my honesty here, I totally agree that they did it to taunt TPF, since they even admit most of those in range in TPF are in peace mode. But that is not our argument here.
  13. Okay, is colony a better word for Zenith?
  14. This is an OOC area and this is clearly an IC topic... epecially since you and I both freely admit that we are getting an IC kick out of getting a rise out of our IC opponents here.
  15. Raiding is being used for sport and taunting by definition. What is your point again?
  16. Yeah, this thread really does not belong here.
  17. I can't believe you TPF (and former TPF) types are arguing that an alliance's protectorate is not a fair and "legal" combatant/target during war when its protector is fully engaged, even after/especially after PC claimed it fit within their despicable raiding rules and a war reason was not even necessary. As for calling the raid childish, seriously? Seriously? Your faux and hypocritical outrage is quite entertaining. Protectorates such as those claimed by alliances such as TPF are alliance war-machine buffers and political messaging appendages. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. They also generate great yes-men, like certain Zenith posters who appear consistently claiming to have no vested interest in debates as these. This arguing to the contrary of what everyone sees as obvious just makes you keep looking like silly primary school fibbers. And meanies who think giving away shiny plush toys at the town carnival ensures winning a kiss from Farmer Bob's daughter. Sorry, not happening.
  18. Bunkered out, rock on. ...this one's for fun
  19. Poll answer options do not match the poll's question.
  20. When I first came here as the green leader of Brackwaters, I wanted nothing to do with Vox or the NPO. Now I have learned that even ghosting Vox Populi could be rewarding, especially as a nation leader who is not especially fond of alliances, since most are not very respectful of individual member-states' sovereignty. Vox was tragic to see form and sad to see go, but both entrance and exit seem to have been necessary evils. The colorful personalities and the great works they produced, which forwarded many great principles, will be missed. Though I never even visited their forums and can't even say I "know" them since I spend so much time tending to my poor struggling citizens, I grew quite fond of the musings of Doytzel, Scwhatt, Nintendo-derek, ElectricalSponges and Megaflaros here in this great forum, and I know there are others I am missing. Starflax surely deserves praise too for his unwavering dedication and staying on their messages behind the scenes.
  21. For starters, TPF made an art form out of opportunistic backstabbing and doublespeak in its conduct of alliance politics and war. Sure, mhawk claims and even appears to have changed some of that (evidence, right now in this war), but the pre-mhawk TPF history and the current continuation of denying everything they ever did dishonorable most likely is not helping them right now. You also have your sole pointed claim (about PZI), which is really a small one in the big scheme of wrongs, quite backwards, obviously fed to you wholesale from the TPF revisionists. As for reps, I am not a fan of them, even here, and find a public admission and accounting of past sins far more effective, but as I wrote in an NPO thread a week or so ago, just have them repay what they made in reps from other alliances to those alliances in question, and call it a restitution program or something. B)
  22. Interesting question. Perhaps a stealthy military bloc that is connected by simple treaties, one that that does not announce itself as a bloc on these forums? This seems even more likely since that is what some in the old Continuum sphere of influence are claiming of those alliances associated, no matter how loosely, with Karma. Since that is not how Karma really formed, but how they think it just had to have gone down, it seems more likely to reflect their own thinking right now. I suppose we'll see how they reorganized when the next stream of DoWs rolls out in the next 3-6 months. B)
  23. Agreed. But only if he drives here on a scooter, with one of them squeeze-horns, and is wearing clown make-up and oh, yes, one of those squeezable clown noses. I like clowns. Oh wait, no I don't. But I do like Captain Juan and whatever this cupcakery nonsense is. Quite an enjoyable break from my srz bizns work as a clown. Er, wait, what?
  24. Liked the first part, but then I felt real small thinking about my small, small life and then I started feeling for you and... hell, feeling for so many who are stuck in dead-end thinking that nothing or no one except themselves really matters. Here's some sugar:
  25. Dear thezman, shwypn, Brad Davis, Jahena, Dennisjr13, and, of course, GaisenShougun aka my fruitcake craving friend , Hello! I hope you will always feel free to drop me a line anytime if the urge for familiarity strikes you. All of you are always welcome to come over for some beverages and political chat after your troops have attacked and your sorties have landed. I have full confidence you will come around some day. I don't bite, but I think I do have fleas now. Sincerely and with best wishes for some future date, Genural Spacific
