Generally I would send aid out seeing as I have an open slot however, being that you're the leader of an alliance you should be able to requst some from a few members. Either way a small nation like yourself should be able to just grow through tech deals, that way it benefits more people than just you. Get rid of the Labor Camp improvement, those kill your income. 3. Stop buying land, they aren't worth it unless your nation gets crowded. 4. Set your nuclear position to the middle option, that allows you to take advantage of the Uranium's income. 5.
