My mistake, I tend to not pay attention to what time it is since I work on an on-call 24hr cycle. Thank you for clearing that up. If he does all the Foreign aid money sending himself then yes, it would take that long. However, if he uses Alliance/Trusted friends as middle men, then it will take a lot less time.

I'm a new nation and new to Cybernations and just trying to learn the ropes I would be really happy if i could get anything that would be enough to help me figure this game out and yes, I've received aid and donated and taken the advice of friends, but I'm still trying to figure out where best to take my nation.
