I am glad my brothers in ODN, and the likes have joined in the fray against this God awful government. As such, I feel this is an appropriate time to disband Sparta.. However, I am also declaring the existence of my new Sparta. All nations which are not flying the new flag, the Peace Flag are open targets and hereby considered heloits (ghosts).
