Please give me two weeks to RP pacification and liberation of Colombia and Venezuela before placing your claims on them. My troops are in that area right now doing scouting for relief measures but would be drawn south soon leaving you unhindered.

Aww, I wasn't aware things went that far yet. I assumed the HAE was still at war with itself and no-one had come in yet, thus I'd birth the country's foundations in the middle of the war. Well I'll adjust to that I guess.

enjoy your eco terrorists.
Pray tell me, from where are these eco terrorists coming from? Have there been RP's in Columbia or Venezuela that I should know about before writing?

EDIT: Perhaps my own eco terrorists (I've always RP'd a group of them, at least when I had Diberia) can interact with your own.

EDIT2: How far are your soldiers, king of cochin? I may be able to salvage part of my RP. There are three cities in central Diberia that I RP'd when I last had Diberia, two of which are only towns of a few thousand IRL but had hundreds of thousands up to a million or two in them each when I left. San Fernando de Apure, Cumaribo, and La Esmeralda. And I don't think Shadow wiped them when he got Diberia.

One of my landings is at Georgetown, Guyana from where a Marine Division and an Airborne Division is working its way along the coast of Venezuela and Colombia aiming to reach Bogota. I suppose we could RP my airborne forces meeting your guys at these three places, San Fernando first, Bogota second and Esmeralda third and realizing that there is a native government seeking to assert independence, I could withdraw.

Guyana was never a place I owned, and Baskan may set up shop over there. San Fernando and/or Cumaribo may be where we meet up, but I doubt you would want to travel to Esmeralda. The only way there is by plane, unless you have hovercraft and riverboats to get there.

I'll PM you more on the matter.

I'm still aiming straight for Brazil :v
Just give me a couple of months for that. I am planning to do a long drawn out anti insurgency campaign in the Amazons and favelas, :D

[s]Well then, that dashes everything I was talking with Shadow and Cochin with. Thanks Lynneth, I hope you enjoy that land and make many great and fun RP's there.[/s]

Over-reaction on my part sorry. Resolved through PM.

I am likely to relocate part of my nation to SAmerica, namely north Brazil, Guyana and Venezuela.
With me having 1.2 million boots on the ground, I think I have a weighty argument. :v:

Figures that the one place I want control of is the one place everyone else is aiming for -_-

I would love it if there was a diplomacy blowup and end up sparking World War xxx over South America.

I think it was less 'called it' and more 'he told everyone he was probably going to do that'.

Uh, I heard differently, komrade. But totally not surprised, looks like someone wants to challenge the Lafayette Doctrine.

Funny how this comes out after I step away for the week. This is why I love local libraries! Everyone should support theirs!

Probably won't be World War xxx, probably will be another round of brinkmanship and a big staring-down-the-barrel-of-each-others-gun contest. Nothing out of the usual.

Let's try not to nuke the rainforest this time around, or airdrop sewage into the water supply.
Uh, looks like that has already been done, seeing as Sarah had to deal with the irradiated Azores and I am currently having to deal with biological weapons in the Caribbean. Shadow saved us the trouble of wasting the land on our own and did it himself.
Oh come on, where's the fun in that?
Markus, your love for Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical weaponry and using them in battle is a little creepy. Just a little.

Akin to this overdone scene of a female scientist laughing as the Germans test poison gas on puppies in some World War One flick.

I don't see where guyana and whatnot would 'challenge' the Lafayette Doctrine in any way. :v:
(On another note, I agreed with Jerrey that he'll get Venezuela :3 )
