VIdiot the Great Posted February 25, 2009 Report Share Posted February 25, 2009 Recently, Bob Janova, Heft and myself had a bit of a debate regarding customs/precedent in CN. 1) Are there any customs/traditions that you or your guests feel are binding on all alliances? 2) Is sovereignty the only such tradition? 3) What makes a treaty valid? Can a third party (ie a party not involved in a treaty) successfully claim a treaty is invalid? At what point is there a public notice requirement to make a treaty valid (beyond such a term within the agreement)? 4) What recourse, if any, do alliances have in the event that an agreement is breached?
