Generalissimo
The Uruguayan observer, having already been briefed into the impotent nature of the General Assembly by former United Nations General Assembly President Montessori, turns his paper to the funnies and peruses them. Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear's ambassador Katakatuaq offered the Uruguayan observer a friendly game of Jenga. Apparently the stacking of stackable wooden blocks counted as work in United Nation's current state. Captain Enema
A bottle of 18 year old single malt would be produced by the Uruguayan observer to help keep the proceedings well lubricated. Cigars and matches would be produced to ensure the jenga contest was at least well supplied with the bare creature comforts needed by a gentleman no matter where he is in the world. Generalissimo
The likely inebriated representative from Sudan would join the Jenga game without invitation. Katakatuaq would begin the game by removing a side piece from the bottom of the tower. With the opening move completed there was no way the Sudanese ambassador could win this. Someone that inebriated would surely knock over an unbalanced tower. Katakatuaq could win this, perhaps in two moves, for the honor of the Bear! A bottle of 18 year old single malt would be produced by the Uruguayan observer to help keep the proceedings well lubricated. Cigars and matches would be produced to ensure the jenga contest was at least well supplied with the bare creature comforts needed by a gentleman no matter where he is in the world. Of course malt would be readily accepted. The opposing representative was already drunk. Adding more alcohol into it could only end in his favor. How difficult is drinking a drunk man under the table? An unfounded arrogance born of not knowing Sudan's internal politics well enough. Generalissimo
The representative from Rohan shook his head at the other representatives "Don't judge us. Playing a few rounds of Jenga is a better use of time compared to General Assembly's usual activities. Or lack thereof. I know you have something important you're wanting to say. Say it over Jenga backed with liquor."

"Care putting that up for a vote? Do you literally care putting that up for a vote? Would be first resolution we're had in a long while. Considering that Uruguaya, our hosts, are gracious enough to pour drinks . . . What possible harm could a bit of alcohol really be right now. When has reformed United Nation's General Assembly been anything but a social club? A social club with exclusive membership is still a social club. We're not exactly the World Congress here. Of course I dare say that sitting about gaming and drinking *is* fostering international relations. This little Jenga session really is Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear's outreach to Sudan and Uruguaya."
