But if the question is who started the war, I'd have to say it was the group that "kicked in the doorstep", NOT the person who fought back when their doorstep got kicked in. The second DoW does indeed count, but not as much as the first one. Maybe there is more to the story than what is written in black and white here on the OWF, but that is all I have to go by.
