I beleive the Add and Drop lines are also off, should be at 10.56 and 10.26 respectively as I understand it. RnR sits at 10.55 score. None sits at 67.50 (-0.72). Also, ya...something odd with the add/drop lines on the last one. Add Line is half of alliance 12's score - Drop Line is 0.3 below it. I think it's important to keep the field to alliances with a chance for a sanction; but keep in mind how fast things can change, and any alliance currently on the list could grab a spot if conditions are right.
