Done? Okay.

All you have to do is to win the OOC bickering and hold your position for more than 30 pages of bittersweet posts ranging from complaints to confusion to obvious hate. Be prepared for a CNRP war that was meant to last for at most a week to extend into months from the consistent delays caused by OOC fighting, if the CNRP war ever finishes.

If you win the OOC fights, you win the CNRP wars. In other words, win the OOC wars before winning the IC wars.

Remember this math formula:
((average highest tech)-(average lowest tech))*(Amount of combatants)*(Amount of preexisting technorant in combatants' military and defense)*(Amount of hotheaded stubborn combatants)*(Amount of tech-addict combatants)*(Inactivity or incompetence of GMs)=Amount of OOC bickering

(Amount of OOC bickering)*(Amount of combatants)*(Inactivity of combatants)*[(Average smallest military size)-(Average largest military size)]=How long it will take for a CNRP war to finish
That's all. Class dismissed. See you again after the next OOC war. May the Admin have enough server storage space and bandwidth to handle all of your OOC bickering.

Or pay me tech, as I actually have won wars.

Triyun, how many one-on-one wars have you won? Because let's face it: While diplomacy is the extension of warfare, making allies through soemwhat dubious methods and using them to nuke/bomb the other side to nothing isn't really being good at being war. That's being good utilizing OOC and IC connections.

I thought the lesson was "bomb everything". Then you win, no?

Whoever taught your lesson forgot to tell you that for every two to three IC moves you make, you usually have to win an OOC fight.

Well, if you get a ton of shady allies from out of nowhere, mainly big players from across the globe that have no reason to befriend you, then you can easily wipe out anyone instantly with no opposition, because if someone complains OoCly there's a group of you drown them out. c:
