MK/Vanguard/ODN were slotted against TOP (as well as the vast majority of alliances that they ended up fighting), but the rest of CnG was going to be used elsewhere. That's what I remember anyway.

Going with October. War was just narrowly averted over the anime crisis, I don't think people can restrain themselves too long.

Since the announcement has failed to clearly outline just who you claim to be, it's time to disband.
