He also forgot to mention that they banned aid from other alliances. SSSW18 doesn't have to deal with that either.

Who the hell have you been talking to? I left the GPA a bit over two weeks ago, and the consensus then was that it was a really, really big tech raid. The constant Continuum spying and threats weren't exactly the best way to convince them otherwise, BTW. I don't think things have changed that much since I left.

1) End all conflicts, including FAN, NAAC, Vox etc 2) Payment of reps to Ordo Verde, and only Ordo Verde 3) Clearing of ZI list, ban of EZI/PZI 4) Standard military decom (improvements, military units, no deletion of wonders required) and protectorate of Ordo Verde until reps are paid 5) End of Moldavi Doctrine and Revenge Doctrine You couldn't find a neutral alliance that would do it. Things going poorly would just provide an excuse to hit them, regardless of what effect they actually had.

Actually, I'm very much against that. I oppose eternal wars, heavy reps, decommissioning of wonders and all that jazz.

If it was justice we were after, Hegemony would be sending 84,000 tech to MK nations, 70,000 tech to GPA nations, $250,000,000 and 12,000 tech to STA, $500,000,000 and 39,000 tech to GR, 82,500 tech to NpO, 12,300 tech to SOLID, $475,000,000 and 2500 tech to NV, 12,000 tech to Athens and 9,000 tech to CSN, as well as a rather large sum to various other alliances.

My nations is 11 months younger than his, I spent a year and a half in the GPA, and I still have almost as many casualties. Doesn't really say much about the mighty grand marshals, if you ask me.

You have 31 nations below 200 tech. If each of them uses three slots, that's 93 slots. In one round (30 days), you can sell 9,300 tech. Using five slots per nation would allow you to sell 15,500. Terms only require you to sell 10,000, which can be sold by only using 5 slots from 20 nations in one round. This shouldn't be a problem.

I believe MOTU is out of town, but I'm not certain. IIRC, he was in peace mode for about a week and half before the war started.

I think he's saying that the terms should be something like "TOOL surrenders to Sparta and admits defeat" instead of everyone just calling it a white peace.

I wouldn't mind seeing NPO chose to reject peace terms and opt for eternal war. It would make things interesting if they did, and we need this war's quota of alliances that reject peace.

When DOOM declared on NSO, they declared on STA. Polar said at the beginning of the war that they would only attack if STA was attacked. DOOM did that. Polar followed up on the threat. Is anyone really surprised?

No, but a slew of treaty cancellations is usually a sign that you're making people mad, regardless of whether they have any intentions to attack.

Not for the past year or so. According to the NPO, it's cowardice, so they decided no one should be able to do it (in other words, they were really pissed that a lot of the GPA top nations got away by hiding in peace mode). See the GATO-1V war and the NoCB war surrender terms if you want to see proof.

I don't know if it's already been done, but you should have the member either go into PM or put something in their bio about being an invalid target. Wouldn't hurt to make sure they don't get hit on accident.
