    OOC: The South calls it the Civil war, and the North calls it the War Between the States. You got it backwards. That being said, I usually say BLEU-Contrinuum war or Great War V.

    TOP and TDO will become sanctioned. GPA may get it, but will lose it shortly because of falling member numbers. GPA is slowly becoming a citadel style alliance.

    You're wrong. I have an inside man who has informed me that not one alliance will have a nation in it. All member counts will be zero.

    I suppose I can post here now. Member for almost a year and a half, narrowly avoided ZI during the war, DoC for 4 months, handler for about 10, AMoFA for 4.

    I predict that some alliances will make gains, while some will have losses. An alliance or two might even break even.
