Salient and well made points Johnny, I'll start with the last point, I'm definitely not crying about the fight as you say if you don't want to fight don't be a raider, my issue is with the grand proclamations of being assaulted and claiming a defensive war. I was very sporting about the whole thing and a simple message would have sufficed, I'm not even mad about the whole paperless thing, its just clear that marx was jonesing for a fight, no other way something so minor blows up like this. But the tedious hows and whys matter very little now anyway I suppose 😋.

I wouldn't think you lot would be against alittle redistribution of resources. Jokes aside let's be clear on the facts, you were allegedly shadow protecting this guy.....that is fine whatever. When I did my raid I was very clear and respectful, it was 2 attacks and 2 missiles then I sent peace and a message seeing if he wanted a good old fashioned fight or to cut it there. He said nothing and just attacked me back so I figured he was down to party. I did not coordinate with any allies because the point was not to beat him down just shake things up and have some fun. You never messaged me, not a single word, we could have talked over the misunderstanding like men and maybe talked compensation but instead you used it as a thinly veiled excuse to declare a war. It is clear you were never interested in diplomacy, this was a undeclared single man alliance with no mention of a protectorate anywhere. And yet it is apparently an "assault on all of UCR", I don't think planet Bob is as dumb as you seem to think it is marx. The facts are clear as day here, as I mentioned above this was a simple good natured raid, I recognize and appreciate the fact that many alliances and rulers disagree with raiding as a practice. But it doesn't change the fact that I was extremely clear and respectful in my communication. The goal was never to beat this guy down. Simple communication could have avoided this but it is clear marx was looking for a fight and by god he found it. I hate to sound like a broken record BUT,I firmly understand "raid at your own risk" if UCR wants to shadow protect anyone with a hammer and sickle in their bio be my guest. But in no way can what happened be construed as a offensive war on UCR, you've been inhaling to many of marx's grab bag terms its making you loopy. The UCR wanted a fight plain and simple.

This, I even scoured the forums before the attack, and sent him a nice friendly message about the raid, seeing if he wanted peace or a fight, he chose to fight, no mention of any friends. It's all good though, I have no fear here 😁.

You guys probably should have mentioned the fact that USN was part of red alert in the red alert bio, seeing as that is not mentioned in your alliance bio or his alliance bio, no matter, cheers to a good fight, I look forward to it! 👍
