(insert flag images here in your imagination) The Clever Name Accords Preamble The Imperial Order and MI6 (hereafter referred to as "the signatories") do hereby enter into this agreement as a testament to their new friendship. With the signing of this document, the signatories lay the foundation for a future of coordination and cooperation between trusted allies. This non-chaining mutual defense and optional aggression treaty shall tie the signatories together for their mutual benefit. Article I - Non-aggression, Intelligence, and Sovereignty It is hereafter resolved that both signatories shall abstain from any form of aggression against the other. For the duration of this agreement both signatories will remain autonomous entities. No efforts shall be made to undermine or compromise the sovereignty, security, or other interests of the signatories. The signatories will share any and all information in their possession which could affect the application of this treaty. This includes any information acquired regarding foreign sources that might threaten or affect the other signatory's security or other interests, including but not limited to potential threats of war and espionage. This also includes important information regarding one of the signatories of which the other signatory should be made aware, including but not limited to the signing of new treaties and the imminent declaration of war. Article II - Defense The signatories agree to act for their mutual defense both militarily and economically. If called upon, a signatory must assist the other in cases of foreign aggression with all means at their disposal. This assistance may include coordination of military targets, the designation of strategic objectives, the distribution of war aid, and membership in larger wartime coalitions. In the event a signatory is attacked as the result of their own engagement in an ongoing conflict, military assistance is no longer mandatory. This agreement does not chain with any other treaties either signatory might possess. Article III - Aggression Should either signatory initiate hostilities or expand an ongoing conflict, the other signatory may assist this new campaign to whatever extent they desire. Article IV - Cancellation Should either signatory verifiably violate any provision of this agreement, it may be immediately voided at the discretion of the other signatory. Should either signatory decide that the continuation of this agreement is no longer in their best interests, they may provide private notice to the other signatory of their intent to terminate the treaty. After notice is provided, the treaty will remain in full effect for a 72 hour period before it is nullified. On July 23, 2010, A small but strong alliance NUF, an offshoot of the GDA, merged with TCU (The Conservative Underground) - Some time after being involved in the PB-NpO war the alliance renamed to DnD – Drunk n Disorderly. Today is not the end of the journey, only one completed chapter as we announce our merger with Imperia. 3 Years wow.. I remember right before the formation of RoK, my war with Rabbit of Caernabogg. That was one of the best wars I had ever had, both him and my other hard target,The Chief of WAPA, were relentless and awesome fighters at the time. And even though it was a hard fought very hard fought war, there was strong diplomacy shown at that level. I left that war with very much respect for a couple nations on the other side of the battle. Congratulations on 3 years

The Nations United for Freedom (NUF) was created on 5/14/2009, 433 days ago. Our members were all active military command and government members from our previous alliance, all powerful in their own right. Due to irresolvable differences with our previous alliance, our only choice was to leave on our own as many had did, or band together and not let the years of our friendship, as true allies, disappear. We chose to stay together. Throughout the year we lost several members whose nations were swallowed by the black hole somewhere on planet bob, I believe near the Bermuda triangle. A few months ago we posted looking for merge candidates; we had a lot to offer and just wanted to find the place we could call home and be the most comfortable at, not to mention someplace fun! During this time, Myself and several of our members met many new people and learned much more about several alliances... many of them are people/alliances I hope to have contact with well into the future. I thank you all for your time and hope to continue our new friendships. I also would like to thank Nueva Vida for all of their support. Our search for like minded allies has brought us full circle, and we found an alliance with some of our old friends (Ex-Gda’ers like ourselves) that were willing to bend and slightly reshape their alliance to welcome us in a true ‘Merge’. Thanks for the understanding Many of the people that posted here are from very reputable alliances that we hole in high respect and know members there. We also would not expect many alliances that are currently 'top' alliance set in their ways be willing to bend to any merge requests which is very understandable. At the very least its been nice meeting people from alliances we haven't had contact with and new people from alliances we know well

Well.. wow? Lots of people to answer so it will take some time. Lets start off with this. This request was made to see if there were any other alliances looking for a merge that we have not already talked to. Please note the word MERGE. Last I know it didn't mean disbanding and joining another alliance. The Nations United for Freedom is a stable alliance at this time, we had lost a few large nations due to their sudden disappearance from Planet Bob we have yet to explain. We have steady growth but we lack in recruiting, as the little recruiting we do get around to doing we are aiming a little higher then some. We are also a little slow right now around the forum and can use a little excitement. In no way are we in a merge or disband situation. And by the way - we do have very good friends in many alliances but in many cases there is something that greatly differs from NUF, a dictatorship for an extreme example. So we were looking for a merge in the true sense, which [u]could[/u] include charter modification, name change or government positions. Not Quite looking to be more or less recruited. btw, Raasaa..???

Its sad to see this treaty end, but it shows just how things have changed (for better or worse - you decide). As an ex-GDA government official and president, I would like to thank GGA for their support over the YEARS. Two alliances that always had each other backs, even during times of little communication. Although I have also not been in touch recently and do not know who is currently still with GGA - nor the direction they are in... It has been an HONOR being your ally for such a long time, and fighting besides you in my first war back in early 2007 (I think we went in against GATO). I know many GDA members both current and EX (some of which are in NUF) feel the same. -Galvatron

And can't forget, any new nations to CN get special help and attention - not to mention CASH to get your nation rolling on the right path .. Most new nations get a total of 3 Million to start and unlimited tech deals waiting for them! Don't know what a tech deal is or how it will help? We will help you understand B)
