A Message from the Global Democratic Alliance
94608000 seconds; 1576800 minutes; 26280 hours; 1095 days; 3 years. It is a rare occasion when something is able to last three years, but, the GDA has done it. The GDA has lasted through peace… and war, through good times…and bad times, through celebration…and mourning, through gains…and losses, and through the thick…and the thin. The GDA has been through it all and although we may have hit a few bumps along the way we came out with relatively few nicks and scratches. Our armor has become hardened through these times but it is still there to serve and protect. As the GDA grew we never forgot our beginning as an alliance with only a few members. We never forgot about this: http://z15.invisionfree.com/Cyber_Nations/...showtopic=27502 . It was a moment that would be engrained in the hearts, souls, and minds of each and every GDA member past, present, and future. And even as we as an alliance change—be it for better or worse—we will remain true to ourselves.
But with celebration of old there must also be new. A new way in which an alliance will be run. The GDA is long overdue on a major overhaul of the government structures and system. Therefore we implemented change. Change that will not only effect the current GDA but change that will effect the GDA as it propels itself into the future. This change is a new Constitution. Therefore I am proud to announce the new Constitution of The Global Democratic Alliance:
