[/quote] I think in this context (declaring on your allies not being a particularly ballsy move), the fact you are a liability to your own allies, who'd rather get pounded by whoever wants to attack them, than have you around attracting even more enemies - is not so much better than you shying away from a fight. Whether you don't care about your allies, or are more of a danger to them than help - it still makes you a pretty worthless ally, ties to which are strictly one sided (because I doubt you'd hesitate in calling in all your allies and their hamster if someone attacked you).

[/quote] How does this make him a rogue, or a TOP sanctioned action? He dislikes Legion. NSO is at war with Legion. Coinciding interests - that's surely one of better reasons to apply (and be accepted to!) an Alliance. Better than more common "they sent me PM first" or "I like Pink" or "the name is kinda cool". Hell, I'm not sure how necessary really was the application to avoid rogue status - I doubt alliances sanction those of their ghosts who fight in wars. And although LF has a nice nation, it's not really a WMD, usage of which has to be "orchestrated" by two alliances.
