I like the idea of the start up cash being 10 million bucks for the next round. I also like raising the requirements for getting nukes. The 200 tech and 1,000 infra that Komplex suggested above seems about right. Not a big fan of doing mandatory peace for the first 5 days. Let each ruler decide how long they want to stay in peace mode and don't penalize people until after 5 days if you are going to let them stay in peace mode the whole round. Just my 2 cents but letting people stay in peace mode the whole round would be a very bad idea. Unless the penalty made you lose money after day 5. Not make less money but to actually lose money. As far as the SDI matter why not just remove the 3 satellite and 3 missile defense improvements it now requires to purchase it and instead make each one of those improvements increase your odds of blocking nukes. Start out the SDI at 50% odds instead of 60% odds of blocking and let each satellite and missile defense up your odds say 2 % each. Thus purchasing all 5 of each would give you a 70% chance of blocking a nuke. If you do that it might be a good idea to bump up either the SDI price, the improvement price or even both. imo it would be pretty sweet if you actually needed cruise missiles to block nukes. Taking 1 away from you whether you block the nuke or if it gets through. Lower the maximum amount of cruise missiles you can have in your possession to 10 to make things even more interesting considering your opponent would still be able to steal them in a spy mission. A 60 day round definitely gets my vote and starting the new round a day or two after this round ends would be plenty imo.

I realize that I don't know every strategy in the book when it comes to TE but I am just not seeing how us doing the above is going to prevent you from still taking that ass whoopin next round. Thank you KJ, I was hoping you would like that my friend. I am gathering you knew I had to get that out of my system from the chats we have had. I would say that we were gunning for you guys next round but I think we ground that axe down to the handle this round didn't we? Then flipped it over and wore down the butt end beating each other about the face and neck. Don't know about you but I am about whipped from all the beating we did back and forth and figure we can go at least another round or 2 and if we don't see each other on the battlefield I am ok with that. (well at least 1 round, can't make any promises on 2 as the guys will most likely start going through TPC withdrawals if we go 2 ;) ) By the looks of things if we wouldn't have hit you guys in the first days of this round it could have very well been the most boring round of TE ever so you guys do have to thank us for that if nothing else. And not to take any credit away from the War Doves or anything but it was hard reading those posts made about them saving you guys butt without posting as I have seen first hand what both TPC and OP can do in a long drawn out war and had no doubt you guys stood a very good chance of turning things around. (though I will admit that their heart was in the right place) I think I had the hardest time convincing the guys and girls under my command what I saw coming if the war was drawn out this round as there were quite a few of them that had never gone the distance before. I will admit though that I was impressed with their stamina and I will say that for the most part they made me proud as you yourself, Paul and SamWise should be with those under your command. It was kind of funny as about the time the 3rd set of wars started I could see the "uh oh" in their posts and that they were starting to see what I was talking about when I said from the get go that we had to keep the pressure on and keep a firm grip when the sedative started to wear off the beast as it was then that they were the most dangerous. :o I can say that I am glad it was only a month long round as warring for much longer than that can get a bit tedious. I am a firm believer that everyone that plays this game should experience a long drawn out war at one point or another. If for no other reason than to just know what it takes to do so successfully. And even though I still don't think the War Doves jumping in was the right thing to do I want to thank all involved for a memorable war and a round of TE that shant be soon forgotten. (is there such a word as shant?) As far as the Misfits are concerned I can see their point to some extent about not fighting after they started getting hit by rogues or whatever that was that started the attacks on them. I think we all know how quickly that can take the wind out of your sails in this game though I would rather they just come right out and declare like SamWise and the War Doves did. Just my opinion on that one and no I don't know that whole story. :huh: For that I Salute you all. DD

Just "the Warriors" will be fine for now as the allies will only be coming in when needed and then only certain members of those alliances will be entering the battlefield. I could tell you who but then they would have to kill you. "it's a secret"

The Warriors, along with other allied alliances, will be attacking OP on day 1 of next round and will continue our war with them for the entire round or until at which time our demands listed below have been met or reasonably satisfied: 1) Paul is ejected from the alliance of Ordo Paradoxia 2) Paul's name will be forbidden to ever again be spoken while in the presence of or anywhere near a Warriors member or anyplace that they might chose to visit, now or anytime in the near or distant future. 3) Paul is no longer allowed to play any game on the internet where there is even the remotest of a possibility that either myself or any other Warriors member is playing now or even thinking about playing in the near or distant future. 4) The name Paul, Paul711 or any other combinations of the letters P, A, U, L or the numbers 7, 1, 1 will from this moment on never, ever be used in another internet game in the near or distant future without the written consent of myself or any other Warriors member. 5) All OP nations, now or in the near or distant future, will not be allowed to never, ever become nuclear in the game of CNSE or CNTE or be allowed to purchase or obtain, under any and all other circumstances or pretenses, any weapon, of any form or kind, in any and all fighting games that are currently being played or any other fighting games that will be invented and possibly played now or in the near or distant future. 6) All OP nations from this day forward shall name the capital city of their nations "DevilDog" or any combination of the words "Devil" and "Dog" as long as such combination is not considered lude or crude or totally removed or acts like an imbecile. Considering the # of alliances out there that had not been at war yet I am just not seeing the "fun" in not attacking one or more of them but instead attacking an alliance already at war. Then add in the chance of damaging a "long standing friendship" by attacking them and I really can't see the "fun" in this war. Are you seeing it HD? Thus I will have to say about your post above bomb "that dog wont hunt". ;)

Might want to get used to this happening my friend as you are either on the side of those who believe they own TE and kissing their backside or you are on the other side with those of us who just don't like to pucker. It's all the rage in TE right now, didn't you hear? Might as well get used to it or grow a pair and try to stop it. Third option would be to do what so many are already planning to do and that is to just take your toys and leave the sandbox and let the "powers that be" have no one left to "power over" but themselves. A war game with just one side could tend to be a quite boring game but it could work right? :huh: Surely they can keep the game going all by their lonesomes as they are the "powers that be" and can do anything. :lol1: You might want to just thank your lucky stars that they didn't send Hellas in with RE. But don't you worry as they will, just as soon as you start to get the upper hand. Not the whole alliance pray tell, just enough to beat you down everyday. Besides bringing in the whole alliance might be looked at as not fair, well more not fair than hitting those at war already anyways. :blink: Go figure. I did indeed know where your saying what you did came from my friend as I loved the movie and have used that line myself umpteen times in my life. That is why I changed the nuke report around and added in the "44 Magnum" nuclear weapon as well as calling you Clint. I am sorry that I did not see the sarcasm in your messages here and I thank you for your last message to me in game. I would never ever want to be responsible for someone ever being banned or deleted from this game and if you are reading this admin I would humbly request that you do not do so to DerMajor. I do believe his last message to me in game and I thought it to be genuine. Time to move on I believe guys and try to put most of this behind us as imo it is getting out of hand and is truly taking most of the fun out of this round. This keeps up and I see more nations just quitting for the rest of the round instead of rerolling and that is not good for all parties involved. Actually I think it was Paul that posted in here many, many moons ago that we all tend to forget oft times that their is a person at the other end of that nation you are fighting and as people they have feelings just like you and I do and can be truly hurt sometimes by things we unintentionally say or do here. But now after reading your posts here and having received yet another message from you in which you once again call me a punk I am going to have to assume that the malicious intent is indeed there and you have left me no other recourse than but to indeed report you. It is not something that I want to do or will enjoy doing but seeing as how other members of your alliance have felt compelled to report just about every message in these couple of threads about this war I can see no reason why not to do the same when your messages are worse in my eyes than just about any other reported posts I have seen in these threads. I guess that the one good thing that does come from all of this is to serve to me as a reminder why I have always tried to refrain from either reading or posting here in the OWF as it is really just not worth the grief I receive in a game that I genuinely enjoy playing.

All I really needed to know was the Stats as of 4 days ago was: Misfits = 0 OP = 0 Was fair then, should be fair now. Problem with sandbagging in this game is that it can either pay off really big or chew the left hand side of your tush right off. I got a snapshot of OP right before the war started and I will take another in the morning and let you guys know how their tush is looking. Oh and good luck to you both though I am partial to seeing the Misfits with that left butt cheek in their mouth in the morning. (try getting that image out of your heads tonight fellas)

Update on the Warriors government this round is as follows: slacker / Kommifornia aka Ernie will be doing a co-lead with me this round. Other fine government members are Cowboy, Massasoit, Nanobreaker and WarHammer aka Victor Von Doom. I would tell you what title each of them hold but I can't as they all can do anything needed of them. Officers for the round are tucker, polarbear, snapcrackle and MuadDib. I will be taking all of them to the nearest strip bar this weekend for dinner and drinks. It is my understanding that their chicken Breasts and Slippery Nipples at the club are the best food and drink in the area. You guys are welcome to tag along but please don't embarrass us. :frantic:

Since we forgot to do a DoE last round I figured I would do one this round a bit early. After days of doing research and countless hours on end working on it I just saw tonight here in the OWF where someone had done a DoE that was nearly word for word of the one I have spent all of this time and effort on. The DoE done by the Fallen is as follows: The DoE I have been laboring on: I would like to announce that "the Warriors" will be back once again for Round 28. That is all. DD I will leave it up to you guys to judge who you think might have wrote (not posted) their DoE first and who might have done a little copying off the other. I have already requested to admin to please look into this travesty and let me know what my recourse options are for dealing with these "copiers" as they have really started to run rampant around here the last few rounds and enough is enough. It was kind of funny the first couple times but now it is downright bordering on immoral and illegal.

Sorry I haven't done 50 posts in here with you girls about just how badly this war has looked for you all but I didn't start playing this game so that I could "cackle" on the OWF with the women folk. I came here to fight and to possibly have some fun doing so. Meet a few interesting people from around the world, and kill them. (their pixels that is) I will have to admit that I have made some friends here along the way. Besides the ladies and gents I have fought beside of round after round and have had the honor of leading, though I can't really use the term "leading" as I consider them my equal in every way, most have been pretty decent folk in my book. King James and Stelios seem like pretty decent guys and I talk to them pretty much every round of TE and I can partially understand why they are in this war as they do have to look out for their own. The part that I just can't wrap my mind around is why they would be a part of such a huge lopsided war. The reasoning that we had to "hit you guys at such a disadvantage before you possibly did the same to us" just isn't cutting it fellas. You both have never struck me as men of that mindset. Now Paul and Bomb I could see doing something like this 6 days a week and twice on Sundays. Hell the only other thread in here I have even glanced at this round was the one where both Paul and Bomb are threatening the Misfits with military repercussions for their part in attacking an alliance smaller than them. I can't be the only person in here that has saw that thread and can see the irony between it and this one right? I have seen enough of those two in the last 20 some odd rounds to not put anything past the two of them and can only speculate in what info they might have been giving to James and Stelios to make them believe that we were going to attack either of them one on one. Damn I would have hoped that either of you guys would have known better than that!! Only reason I have not posted before now about who we were planning to hit was that Paul has done posted so and told about half of the TE community that he has an "inside man" that I was just waiting on him to post who we were going to hit and post screenshots of our government forum along with shots of the target list for absolute proof. It is not a subject that I have tried to avoid or anything as no one has so much as even asked me. Nor have I received a single pm from any of the 4 alliance leaders since this war has begun, though I did receive several before it started so I know you guys have my address, about any peace negotiations. I haven't pm'd any of you guys about peace as you are the ones holding all the cards in this "war" and if you are waiting on a begging for peace letter or anything along those lines then this is going to be a long damn war for sure. That would never happen in RL and is most certainly not going to happen in this game. Just not in me I guess. To tell the truth I don't know which amazes me more is the fact about how lopsided this "war" is or the fact that most of you guys keep bringing up about this 900 trillion dollar war chest that every member of our alliance should have at this point. As long as you guys have been playing this game and you still haven't figured out the new game changes and what they mean monetarily wise in game? You should talk more to your members then because apparently most of them have figured it out already as they have over twice the war chest as any of our members, myself included. (and yes we do have the spy ops to back that statement) Whether you have a "fluff" war at the games onset or you just had weak opponents you make more cash by around the 1 month mark than those who have not fought at all yet if you take minimal damage in your war and they are building their nations for military strength and not for monetary strength. I am not taking into consideration "raids" either since your opponent can just check the "give no XP" box and they have just taken away your reason to raid them and no I can't blame the "noobs" for not knowing this. I will admit though that it does make me wonder about some of you guys as leaders or others as members as why one has not asked what your members war chests are before a war or why others would lie to their alliance leaders about said war chests. Hmmmm. I am sure that those of you that know me do know that I have never been a big OWF person since my beginnings here with LE and you know by now why you have not seen a dozen posts from me here about this war. I have always been and will most likely always be a "punch you in the face instead of argue" kind of guy. James and Stelios I do have enough respect for you guys that if you honestly think that this war was just and needed for the welfare of your alliance then that is enough said and even if I don't see eye to eye with you on the matter then what is done is done and we move on from here agreeing to disagree. Paul I don't really know what to say to you as all I feel for you is pity as all that I have ever heard about you from day 1 here in TE has been bad and yet I did try to give you the benefit of the doubt. I am the one who lives with that regret everyday. And lastly Mr Wasso. You are a nice enough gent but a way too much of a "yes man" for my liking. Grow yourself a pair my friend and quit letting people like Bomb and Paul influence every decision you make and lastly I couldn't give a rat's ass on whether or not you are impressed by my leadership role at the Warriors. I don't remember seeing "impress Wasso" anywhere on the list of things Clash expected of me when he asked me to take over. As far as peace when the first set of wars expire I have no problem with that. I would have thought that since I see where all of the other alliance leaders have posted in this thread that they would have read the thread with Clash stating that I was going to be taking the lead at the Warriors for this round and would have known to just shoot me a pm about peace. My bad apparently for assuming such.
