The conceptual theory of an independant alliance is very interesting indeed, but theory and practice are two different things. Also, I can't shake the feeling that Gre have canceled these treaties because they can simply use MHA as a conduit. MH is connected to MK, FOK, Umbrella, to name but a few, and so through the Harmlin Accords, Grams are connected to the aforementioned alliances and others. I do hope it works out well for you folks, but only time will tell. o/ and all.
