They're just pointing out that since the war has started, Kaskus has gained 4 upper tier nations from NEW that GOONS just doesn't have the resources to handle efficiently, hence asking Umbrella to help.

While I appreciate that you're putting effort into making your replies constructive (I really do; it's incredibly rare), it just seems like you keep missing that fact. You keep citing how damaging the war is, yet that's likely one of the last things on GOONS's list-of-things-to-care-about.
