Want to know something kinda funny? The BTA had to do this thing called work when moving to Purple. Instead of causing drama all the time we did this thing called diplomacy. You know…..that thing where you talk to the people on the sphere you are moving to, get to know them a little bit, make sure its not some move for power or anything. Yea that thing! Last I checked when an alliance wants to move into a bloc or a sphere its their job to make sure people know about it and do some work to get friendly with people, not the people already there. If we could do it with 12 people in our alliance I’m sure that you guys could have considering your size compared to ours. The really amazing thing is that Purple Unity was more than willing to talk with us about it and helped us a bit in the transition oncewe told them. The BTA knew just about nothing when we started talking to Purple alliances about moving to the sphere. A little bit of reading and some diplomacy changed that. Funny how a little bit of diplomacy can go a long way isn’t it? Though I’m sure that what you are doing will work just as well as some simple diplomacy will.

Well the totals are in for real this edit. It came down to a tiebreaker of score actually and was very close this week. After the totals Gaeta wins first place and JWConnor wins 2nd place! Really its because of the "private chans ftw" calls from the peanut gallery in any topic that could lean to potential drama or some sort of interest for the people who are "not in the know". Hell look at the Avalon thread. The game would be a whole lot more interesting for people if everything didnt take place in back rooms. Plus if people had to show their FA skills on the OWF I guarentee you that some of the people the world regards highly would look like idiots.

Alright let me get this straight. A while ago Stickmen complain that they are left out of the purple award ceremony. People get mad….drama ensues….things calm down….and world keeps spinning. Instead of trying to work for a more unified sphere and to increase relations you instead mass spam other alliances members with Senate Voting messages? And you didn’t expect drama? Really? Either Stickmen was trying to make drama or they reallllyyyyy need to get their brains examined. I got a message to and got a good laugh out of it. I found it amusing how they did this after complaining about the award thing. The irony tasted oh so sweet to me. Also: I’m up for a good challenge Stickmen. I’m sure your 200~ members will put up a good fight against the over 2k nations we have. But next time, how about leaving people who don’t vote in the senate out of it? Avalon asked nicely. If you don’t stop then it’ll only prove to many how childish you really are.

Actually I like this appointment. Cortath was one of the few higher ups in NPO that I didn’t constantly refer to using four letter words. He’s a good pick that hopefully will lead the NPO off of their path they took that got them destroyed. Hopefully his first move will be a cleansing of the ranks. Good luck Cortath, you’re going to need it.

The BTA debated blue but decided Purple was a better fit for us. Blue is a cool place don’t get me wrong, but Purple is just a much better fit for our alliance. As far as our name goes. We are Blue Turtles. The color doesn’t depict the sphere we are on but the color of our shell.

Hello people of Bob! A few matters of business to announce today. A few days ago FOB was informed of our cancelation of our MDoAP with them, the cancelation period has passed and that treaty is now considered void. Our alliances have drifted apart over time and while we still want to be friends, this treaty has lost a lot of its meaning. We wish FOB the best in the future. A few days ago NOIR was informed that the BTA would be leaving that bloc. The reason is pretty simple actually; we like to have our own mind and don’t like being threatened. There are some quality alliances in NOIR but unfortunately the not so quality alliances seem to want to run the bloc. The threat itself occurred about a month ago and has been shown to various alliances across the world. While NOIR alliances have towed the party line saying it isn’t a threat and all is well, we have to agree with our friends and allies who all agree, it is a clear threat. The BTA won’t accept being threatened by supposed allies. The BTA also will be leaving the Black color sphere. Our new color is……..blu……wait no. We decided to join the Purple sphere! It’s full of good alliances and has a very bright future ahead of it. We hope that the BTA can bring some more awesome to the sphere. Lastly today the BTA has re-done our governmental structure. I am still the Oracle. Lord Gologthor is our Consul. And our Sage’s are filling up fast. A charter will be released on our forums once we have finished some of the polishing of it. Party in #BTA!!
