While this does create some problems with the newbies sometimes raiding the wrong alliance. It doesn't mean that GOONS do not have experience in dealing with this sort of thing. I hope that makes it more clear.

I really don't understand why people are so surprised by this. Both alliances enjoy raiding. Both face very similar problems of too many newbies declaring unauthorised wars/Screwing up tech deals(yes Aedan I am looking at you). I'd think GOONs is in the best position to advise FP on these things seeing as they have dealth with these things quite a few times themselves. Economically sure GOONS isn't the best option but other than that I really dont see anything wrong with this treaty.
