Invicta flat out ignored its treaty edit spalling
Which treaty did we ignore?
Oh and you aren't following in our footsteps. Otherwise you'd not be allied to the [s]scum[/s] [s]fat[/s] [s]worthless peons[/s] nations that broke off from us.
Serious question, who're we allied to that broke off from you?
 2. One day I'll be able to tell my grandchildren I read this thread as it happened
 3.
F-Fearful E-Elites of A-Authoritarian R-Rule

F-Foolish E-Egotistic A-Arkheads R-in Rudeness What is FEAR? Foolish Egotistic Arkheads in Rudeness. Because there rude, foolish, and have a giant ego. Arkheads serves as the main insult.
Awww, FEAR even gets rogues who can make acrostic poems Seriously though, your first poem called your enemies elite, and as for the second, Arkheads?
 4. Europa Congratulations on overthrowing the Chax tyranny, O-Dog
 5.
I don't think you know what that means. Enjoy life as the man who got outsmarted by legion.
Errr... What? I do not think it means what you think it means. It was a straight fight, and in the end, Legion had more stuff, but that doesn't mean NSO were outsmarted, just beat. Also, you're a #$%@.
 6.
Either RV is named leader or hell will be paid.
Every time NSO lose a war, they change Emperor, therefore if you want RV, just keep rolling them til he becomes Emperor Edit: Also congratulations to Rayvon as well, and good luck.
 7.
I love how people still think this is beneficial to NSO. Will Legion take a bigger hit than NSO? Yeah, probably because they are bigger, will NSO be treated lightly or receive "token" hits? You are freakin' high if you think that. In case you aren't aware, which is appears most of you are not, NSO and VE have a very interesting dynamic, namely, they absolutely abhor each other. Do you really think Impero is going to let NSO off easy? Also: for largely the same reason as I just mentioned, I can guarantee you NSO did not know about this, nor did Tetris, so nice try, better luck next time.
Sure, but no matter how much VE hate NSO, they physically cannot do all that much damage to them, most of NSO's remaining strength is out of reach. So unless VE are going to demand reps or something like that, there really isn't much they can to right now.
 8. Well, this sucks Mostly for reasons people have been over a few times
It's okay guys, they can just make Invicta pay it
Don't remind me
 9.
The NG-SOS団 War did not see SOS activate its mutual defense treaty with Invicta

I was under the impression RIA had the MDoAP treaty with SOS brigade (if anyone)... Invicta downgraded a long time ago. Regardless, good read.
Both us and RIA had already downgraded our treaties with SOS at least a week or so before the war, if not longer.
 10. Congratulations on a fine treaty, both of you
 11.
Considering your habit for not honoring treaties, we can imagine that the culture of deserting resonates quite strongly in Invicta.
Do I need to go copy-paste my explanation from the declaration thread? Edit: Here's guessing I will
Legion has specifically asked us to stay out, so we should probably just ignore what they want and what's best for them, just so we can make a pretty DoW thread and $%#& up their entire war plan UPN also didn't want any of their allies going in, not even their MD-level allies, so why would we? SOS... Well, not all of us want to get rolled over the actions of one guy, especially not if that guy's Arrnea. And that's why we have an Optional treaty.
12.
Minor but don't you mean no more than 25% soldiers?
Wasn't that also in the UPN individual terms?
 13.
Well as the alliances in the 11.11.11 sigs been displayed are not know for action and more of the following type, I guess they are going to do nothing.......
Why is it that everything you say is wrong? Not even Methrage is wrong literally all this time.
 14.
Besides, didn't you post a DoS when SOS dowed on NsO saying that you support SOS even though they might be wrong or something like that? It's very convenient indeed to support him while the odds look in favor of your side, but when it's not you are the first to crawl back. Just like you did when it was clear MJ-PB-CnG-PF would !@#$ all over you when NsO-SOS would've spiraled out of control.
Since I guess this should have been addressed to us at Invicta, Yeah, we did make a DoS, although it never said we thought they were wrong, as far as I know (and I was only a dMoIA at the time, so I didn't know everything) we thought they were in the right, based on what we had heard about the situation from SOS. After a little time to think about it and some shouting from some gov who weren't on at the time, we realised it was a dumb idea, but it's a little hard to take back after you've made the post. We never 'crawled back', simply because we never stepped up. IIRC, we were still rebuilding after the DH-NPO war/reps, and as we were in no fit state to fight, so we made the DoS instead Not our finest hour, but there you go.
 15.
And yet Invicta seemed happy to support at least 1 other dumb idea of Arrnea's. So what makes this different from the SOS-NsO war? Since it is clear from past conflicts that just because Arrnea is behind the war it is not an impediment to support. Just kinda curious really.
At the time, with the information SOS gave us, they were firmly in the right, and we trusted Arrnea on that.
 16.
I really don't get it why everyone is suddenly stating they dislike SOS cause of Arrnea. I mean, you've been allied to them more than a year (IIRC), I think the treaty that was signed even had Arrnea's name on it as SOS-leader and never ever have I seen anything from you, INT or invicta at any time that shows how much you dislike him. You guys knew how SOS and Arrnea was when you signed them, I'm getting pretty sick hearing from SOS's allies that they hate Arrnea while in reality he was the one they signed with. I don't buy it.
As for us, the original ODoAP was signed with Arrnea as leader, but more than that I don't know, as I wasn't even in the alliance at the time, though it may have had something to do with Locke being their MoFA, whereas the MDoAP we had (which was recently downgraded) was signed with Bernkastel as Brigade Chief. Until very recently, I had never spoken to Arrnea, and maybe seen him around on IRC once or twice. So yeah, also, I didn't mean to imply that we hated Arrnea, just that we were not very happy with his NukeKastel thread, etc, so we're not exactly keen to get rolled for him.
 17.
How many treaties have you ducked in the last few weeks...3 now. You realize I haven't been in TOP for almost 2 years, right? Get with the times and stop waving your hands, son. I don't even think they would make that claim. Certainly not since I've joined other alliances for more war, twice now. Robster and others can confirm that today even I'd be game for even a losing war. So chill out and maybe defend an ally instead of spewing retardation.

You seem to be standing brave and tall there, defending UPN, Legion, and SOS Brigade all at once.
Legion has specifically asked us to stay out, you we should probably just ignore what they want and what's best for them, just so we can make a pretty DoW thread and $%#& up their entire war plan UPN also didn't want any of their allies going in, not even their MD-level allies, so why would we? SOS... Well, not all of us want to get rolled over the actions of one guy, especially not if that guy's Arrnea. And that's why we have an Optional treaty.
 18.
This was never meant anything else but to put the grievances into casualties. Calling that raise SOS shouldn't have made. This was never anything else than just SOS. Sure, some of our members would like to see this expanded outside, I personally wouldn't care if it did either but that's different than making sure it expands.
Fair point, bet you wouldn't exactly be disappointed to have to roll us after the Stickmen purple senate thing, though
In this case the ODP's with SOS seem to be worthless as the O in those treaties clearly stand for nO. Unless of course you guys acknowledge the fact that the queen of SOS (Arrnea) has been aggressive towards us since the founding of SOS.
I acknowledge nothing. In all seriousness, neither of those, especially not the first one, I'd like to reveal our reasons for doing what we're going to do, but I'd get fired, so I won't
 19.
you're saying the only people who want a war are those who know they're going to win? yeah, pretty sure that's how it works.
Yeah, but a bunch of NG guys have been calling for it to expand, mostly because they want casualties, or something, but Bluestrike's point was that if they really wanted the war to expand, they would have declared on SOS when they still had MDoAPs with Invicta and RIA, instead of just shortly after they were downgraded.
 20.
They accepted it, so did NSO, long before Legion. So RV 2.0's (Charles Stuart) assertion is comical at best.
That is an insult to RV that can never be forgiven!
 21.
Sir, he said greatest..not worst. Now run along and whine to mommy about how mean i am
Ok, this stalking thing is getting really creepy whine to mommy... What? Are you drunk? Or high? Also, sure, we were never the greatest alliance out there, but I don't see how you can say we're the worst
 22.
But they are aiding Legion's opponents without actively being involved in combat. If it's okay for those alliances to aid Tetris without being formally pulled into the war, then it's okay for Polar to aid Legion without being formally pulled into the war. Of course we all know that in reality Polar is going to get attacked because the people running the new power structure can't take in what they dish out. It's amusingly tragic really. During VE/NpO, anyone that sent aid to NpO's side, even if it was sent for a tech deal, was either attacked or forced to pay reparations. But when Schattenmann mentions to one of VE's friends' protectorate that tech dealing with alliances actively in combat with CoJ could be seen as an act of war and probably shouldn't be done, Schatt's alliance is subjected to stricter surrender terms and forced to make an apology.
I didn't know VE and ODN were friends But yeah, they were almost different wars, or a least two completely different fronts of the same war, like how TOP/C&G wasn't really the same as NpO v \m/
 23.
The greatest alliance on this planet did this after its recent war. I was shocked at the waste.
No we didn't Seriously though, that's a stupid thing to say, firstly because weren't they pleased when you left? If the 'greatest alliance on the planet' hates you, you kinda suck. And it also prevents people who are fortunately less familiar with you from knowing who you were talking about
 24.
Exploits are exploits. Expect this hole to close after the current conflict. And may Admin have mercy on your souls.
Whaaaat? You mean you were not previously aware that people did this? Edit as not to double post:
They cannot delete from not paying bills. They can sit and collect and make do with what ever they can raid from an enemy. They are better off getting to peace mode than crying about needing aid. Larger nations where the war is really fought shouldn't be bothered with having to send aid to fuel useless skirmishes.
You're an idiot If they're bill locked, which means that they are not collecting enough in taxes and do not have enough money on hand to pay their bills, their only option is to delete, as without paying bills, they cannot buy anything, etc. This would be bad. Even at my level, I can easily spare a few slots of aid a round to help keep small nations out of that situation, and if the upper-tier wars are so close that the victor is the nation with $15mil more... Well, I'd be damn surprised.
