Declaration of Protection! The Kingdom's Forces to protect the City of World's Desire, Constantinople! Issue 6.Y October 21, 20XX With the subsequent collapse of the Greek state that used to be the southern neighbors of the Kingdom, the Kralj has seen fit to publicly announce a declaration of protection above the famous city to ensure peace and stability for its residents, providing much needed peace of mind for the citizens of Constantinople. Not much has been elaborated upon by the Kingdom but several divisions have been marshaled and equipped to act as its peace keepers, the Kralj has been reported to have stated the following: "The City of Constantinople has been a massive influence upon the good peoples of the Kingdom and as its proverbial inheritors, it behooves us to help the city in its time of need." What the paper does know is that the city in its entirety; not simply the half on Balkan land, is to be protected from brigands and would be raiders who would use the state's collapse to plunder the good city and its residents. Classified In the early morning hours, the 502nd-Pešadija, 503rd-Pešadija, 504th-Pešadija, 505th-Pešadija, and the 506th-Pešadija would be en-route towards the city of Constantinople. The Divisions would head south, exiting the Kingdom through the southern borders of the Province of Macedonia and taking a sharp left on the city of Thessaloniki, the combined divisions driving along the coast and through several Greek cities until the 14th hour had passed and the Divisions had finally reached the City of World's Desire. After a quick negotiation with its citizens, the Divisions established a command center in the city hall, using several abandoned barracks to house their equipment and themselves, the city quickly came to a peace. The Soldiers of each division acting their part in patrolling and essentially acting as the City's police force in the meantime.

Romanian Mafia surrounded in former Romanian Capital! The Kingdom's forces to lay siege on the city of Bucharest. Issue 5.Y October 21, 20XX Three Divisions of our brave men and women have routed the Mafia into the famed city of Bucharest, effectively surrounding the remainder of the infamous crime group. The stalwart 501st has been reported to have confirmed the capture of several sons of different Cigani clan leaders that operate within the confines of the city, being held under strict observance and lock to ensure their safety and health in the face of future negotiations with the Mafiosi to hopefully put an end to the violence. Several journalists and political analysts have already stated their extreme doubt on the success of negotiations with the clans, but we at the newspaper put effort in hoping that the violence can be ended swiftly and without much bloodshed.

As we are a few days late after Shave n Haircut's submitted resignation given her circumstances in RL, I will be calling for an election to elect the new GM. Rules should be known, but for newcomers: You can nominate anyone who has a valid nation in CNRP2, is willing to accept the nomination and is not you. You can nominate up to two people this way. As has been said prior to this on several other points before this was "contested", raise discussion on it and have the community as a whole to generally approve it (IE: Have a resounding majority who agree).

Note: The GMs want this to be an active, involved Hall. Without community involvement we will not have community resolution. Anyone can post here at will as long as it has to do with rules or disputes. Definition of a GM The Game Masters (GM's) are CNRP2 players elected by the Cyber Nations Role Playing 2 community to apply the CNRP2 community rules. They represent the moderation staff within CNRP2. GM's do not create rules, as they are not a triumvirate. However, the rules can be ambiguous, as in reality they are not a centralized set of policies, but a loose network of customs, procedures, written and unwritten guidelines. Many disputes within CNRP2, as it is a competitive atmosphere, arise from this ambiguity. Therefore to apply the rules, the duty of interpretations is also left to the GM. This is a functional and a reasonable definition, so I continue to maintain it. It is from this definition, that scope and the role of the GM can be derived. Reigning GM's: Rudolph Voodoo Yerushalayim Dispute Resolution If a dispute occurs, be it a disagreement in the rules, disagreement in interpretation, claims of abuse, or any other incident whereby one party feels wronged by another the first step which should be attempted is a private negotiation between the two sides. If negotiation fails, then please post in this thread (the GM Hall) linking specifically to the relevant posts which the dispute concerns. Provide a short description of the dispute. At that point the GM's will review the situation, and depending on the participants involved in the case will make a ruling. If the verdict is apparent, any GM will make it prior to any 'case' being built by either side. If the verdict is not apparent, the GM's will create a Forum PM with all participants and GM's so they can examine the situation from both sides before a ruling is made. Should the initiator or second party refuse to participate in the dispute resolution process, a decision will still be made on the basis of the participating party's posts, as well as any third party input. In such a case the non-participating party has foregone their opportunity to present their case to us. If they do not like the decision that comes back, we cannot be blamed or faulted for whatever impact the lack of their input has. Our decision will not necessarily be a default judgement favoring the participating side, but we will in all likelihood lack the full details of the non-participants side, (as only they fully know the details of what they posted). Romanian Mafia pushed out of Western Romania! The Kingdom's marshals its forces to reinforce and protect the Romanian people. Issue 4.Y September 27, 20XX The brave soldiers of the 501st stationed within former Romania have successfully pushed back the Romanian mafia out of the western-portion of former Romania, leaving roughly the eastern half of former Romania still under Mafioso control. To this end, the Sovereign has ordered the preparation and subsequent deployment of four more divisions to reinforce the 501st currently holding the line. Much mystery has surrounded this division that the Kralj himself handpicked before their first deployment, with strangely enough no fatalities being reported, only wounded who were then quickly patched up and brought under medical care. All that is known is that the best of the Yugoslavian army serves within that unit, Men and women of differing south-Slavic cultures fighting as brothers and sisters in arms. Until then, our prayers go towards the bulwark that is the 501st as they take the fight to the Mafioso, with reinforcements on their way.
