Private Dragojev smiled back at his neighbor, "You'll find that the Kingdom rarely involves itself unless it's for things that it see as wrong in the world stage and that we can affect significantly in one way or another," the Kralj replied before taking another sip of his tea, placing the cup back on its coaster. "With regards to the Milanese, it is indeed a tragedy that occurred on that Madman's hands but I worry about the Italians. Must be disheartening for them to have a government simply collapse with another eventually being led by an utter madman," the Sovereign said before letting out a sigh. "I worry for their treatment under Sparta's 'protection'," he admitted to the Regină, knowing very well that it would be best to be honest and frank with his neighbor as he raised a hand, gently rubbing the bridge of his nose.

Private The Kralj would adopt a pensive face, drumming his fingers rhythmically on the table as he gave thought into the request, the Sovereign stopping his digits as he gazed at the Alvonian Foreign Minister. "You can consider the economic treaty to be done as I have a feeling we'll be needing the open trade routes soon enough," he answered cryptically, "With regards to the military cooperation, that can be a possibility but for now it'll have to be something simple as a Non-Aggression Pact between our two countries. As it stands, the Kingdom is surrounded by undeclared enemies and simply signing something as quick as a Mutual Defense Pact between our countries will only paint a bigger target to be used by our neighbor to the south," the Kingdom's Sovereign explained to the Alvonian Minister. "It is not my intent to be vague or cryptic, mind you, Minister. I am simply doing what needs to be done to take down Europe's greatest threats," he added before smiling, "Tea?"

Private The Kralj and his entourage would shortly depart after the Zapadnayan Communique, the group enjoying the tranquil flight towards the Sofia International Airport. The Kralj's private airplane would touch down within Zapadnayan less than an hour's time, Dragojev and his group would exit and go through the procedures of the airport before meeting up with the Zapadnayan escort that most likely would take the Yugoslavian delegation towards their scheduled meeting.

Private Upon the Alvonian representative's arrival, he and his entourage would be escorted all the way from the city limits of Beograd with diplomatic honors befitting a foreign dignitary within the Yugoslavian White City to the Alvonian Embassy. The Representative and his entourage would go through the standard procedures before being allowed entry to their embassy, the refurbished building clearly being of Alvonian decor with the rooms and halls decorated with inspiring and classical paintings. If the any of the Alvonian group would ask on the paintings, they would simply be told that they showcased the greatness of Alvonia's natural landscapes before being led to one of the building's conference rooms. Standing besides the conference room's plain looking but tasteful table, the Kralj of the Kingdom turned and smiled at the entourage, "It's a pleasure to finally meet for the first time," he greeted as he gestured to the table, hoping his guests would sit in order to get the meeting on track, "I hope you'll enjoy your stay within the famed White City of our kingdom."

Private "The kingdom does fare well, we thank you for inquiring, your excellency," answered Dragojev as he accepted the offered cup, gently holding onto it before taking a sip of the beverage, savoring the warmth and flavor of the Romanian Regină's tea. "We hope that you and your people find themselves in good spirits, your excellency," the Kralj complimented before placing the porcelain cup on the table, on top of a coaster to prevent the cup from tarnishing the wood.

Private Dragojev smiled at the Regină as he nodded, "I'd be honored and delighted, your excellency," he replied with as the Sovereign took the seats his royal neighbor's staff offered to him and his entourage, giving them a delibarate nod so they could at the very least be relaxed a bit within their neighbor's palace. The Kralj would take his time in observing the elegance of the room, his face kept neutral but friendly while he patiently waited for the refreshments to be served.

Public "While the Kingdom sees the good that the Romanian people are trying to do, Albania is mostly compromised of Albanians, not Aromanians who only makes less of half of one percent in the entire land. We've also like to make it aware to the Romanian People that the government of Albania is still alive, having received a report from them and thus making this an unprecedented act of aggression against one of the Kingdom's neighbors. Private The Kralj would arrive with the same entourage as he did with their last time to the Romanian homeland, the Sovereign gazing in and drinking in the natural landscape that thrived within the Regină's territory. It would not be a long drive, similar to the last time the Yugoslavian group were driven to the castle and Maria's residence and just like last time, it would not take too long for the Kralj and his entourage to be screened by the Regină's staff, the Yugoslavian Sovereign smiling at the staff in hopes to ease slight tensions he had observed. Shaking his head, the Kralj would be escorted to towards the Romanian Regină where hopefully something would occur but deep down, he had his own severe doubts.

Anything under current rules is permissible as long as there is prior RP (IE: Development) for them in the first place, be it a country working out the kinks of their modernized battleships to ensure they work properly or a country developing ASBM's.

Private "By that route of logic, your excellency, the Kingdom shouldn't have extended its hand to ensure the safety and well-being of the good Romanian people or effectively declaring war on the criminal elements previously within Romania," the Kralj replied with, "Neither should the Kingdom have extended itself to protect the Albanian people to our south or the Italians in the north when the former Italian state collapsed. For the Kingdom and our people, it's simply a matter of what is right and honorable, even if that may be contradicting in terms of how modern politics are done these days, we still hold such values." Having finished his remark, he proceeded to take a few moments to finish his cake, washing it down with a sip of his tea, "Now with regards to a treaty of economics between our two countries, I do believe we can start with something simple to establish and cement our relationship as neighbors within the Peninsula. Increased trade over inland routes, ensuring for the regular businessman to trade between our countries with minimum hassle and concrete laws without any possible loophole that can be exploited." Private The Kralj would smile at his fellow monarch, "You and the Romanian people have our word and promise that we will never pit brother or sister against each other, it'd be dishonorable and underhanded to do so between our two peoples." "The situation in Southern Italy and the issue with the Spartans is that they ARE the aggressors, there is absolutely no method that the Spartans can claim that they are defending simply due to the nature of their interference in that region of the Italian peninsula," Dragojev replied with, "I don't bedgrudge nor mistrust the good Romanian people and her Queen in thinking and seeing the Spartans as a wise ally, that is solely within the purview of Romania's policy and not my area to judge. The Kingdom would have no issue with the Spartans as they stand had they not interfered in former Italy or not be as aggressive, same way the Kingdom would have an issue with a non-European power invading European lands or possessed said lands. We do understand that Romania sees Sparta as a wise choice of an ally but Yugoslavia sees differently simply on their aggressive policy alone." "That said, the Kingdom completely understands the need to protect an ally's interests," Dragojev started once more before taking a few moments to sip once more from his tea, "And the Kingdom offers the same promise to the Romanian people and its kingdom should we ever find ourselves on opposing sides, you have our word on that, your excellency. Still, that does not prevent anything official from being created that would benefit both of our countries economically, your excellency," he added as he sliced a small portion of the cake, taking his time to enjoy the rather tasty morsel of food.

Private Dragojev chuckled before nodding, "Normally, the Kingdom would see no issue nor reason to support the Milanese but the issue was raised when the Spartans deemed it necessary to interfere in Italian affairs." "Frankly, your excellency, the Spartans have no reason to be involving themselves into the Italian Peninsula considering the distance and complete difference of cultures. That is why the Kingdom sees reason to support the Milanese Republic which in its very nature is still inherently Italian, the Spartans however are not," he said before proceeding to take another sip of his tea. "With regards to Milan and Alvonia, I imagine its more or less an alliance of convenience more or less. The Kingdom does not support the attempts of the government of Alvonia with the rest of Germany, we would only be supportive of such a measure if it was done through more diplomatic means instead of outright conquering the territory and as well as releasing the western polish provinces that they have no claim nor right to." "With regards to the Romanians within our kingdom, even if we should find ourselves on opposing sides; perish the thought, you can trust that the Kingdom would ensure in its power and entirety that your people would be safeguarded and unharmed. Anyone who would dare go against their Kralj's words or decree will be made an example of," Dragojev replied with before adding, "I do not see benefit in terrorizing civilians simply on the basis of being a foreign national of an enemy the Kingdom might be opposed to militarily." "And should the Romanian people ask to rejoin with their brethren or if you, your excellency, should request the territory to be returned. The Kingdom would be more than happy to see peoples being reunited once more under one country."

Private Dragojev raised an eyebrow at the retort, "Like I have said before, your excellency, the Kingdom is willing to see if there is possibility to resolve the issues with the Spartans, regardless of whatever we may think of the attempt we will do so with the best of our abilities," he replied with sincere honesty, "The Kingdom sees issues with the Spartans in terms of their..." the Kralj trailed off for a second as he tried to come up with a good word for it, "aggressive policy but we shall see what happens in this 'meeting' that you wish the Yugoslavians and Spartans to partake in."
