Actually , life outside the treaty web is quite a liberating experience . More alliances should try it . You find yourself above the general %^$hattery of the masses.

It was a one on one war .... no one was getting rolled ..... FAN got rolled .... NPO got rolled ...... UED was not getting rolled , they were being engaged in "diplomacy by other means" . A one on one war should be something embraced by all of CN , simply because it's not the norm anymore like it should be. If anything it would get rid of some of the poser alliances and clean up the treaty web.

authentication is only needed when you have an inactive and uninformed alliance .

I was thinking alliances had some kind of self determination , but all this time there was some entity that could enforce the behavior that's expected of them ..... point me to the forums of this institute so I may further educate myself !!!! this has been tried over and over , and always has the same problems 1 - you can only move a finite amount of cash and tech around 2- who exactly do you have with enough military power , to protect said banks ? I personally see this whole thing as a non-issue , an alliance can attack whoever they want without reason , their target can retaliate , other alliances can get involved if they so choose . where exactly is the problem ?
