I figure that an alliance can go to war (or for that matter...raid ) anyone they have the testicular fortitude to . Reasons really aren't needed , but the consequences can be quite real . I'm personally of the opinion that Grub is just throwing a personal tantrum , and willing to put his entire alliance at risk doing so . But , that's his choice to make , however an honest " I'm declaring war cause I hate you " would have been refreshing instead of trying to get the bleeding hearts of CN on board by declaring some bogus higher calling . We don't need a policeman here any more than a UN.
