It was always a NAP with no defense clause so it was never cancelled by the surrender terms. Both of us had forgot about it for a year or so, until we started doing some history projects and wiki updates along with renewed diplomacy early this year. However this DoS follows along Flak's flow chart more than anything else.

I don't see how you can give all these best wishes to us and at the same time lay a smear campaign on DVD. You like to call him a liar, but so far have failed to show any of "Also the logs passed around were of you commenting on how RhR(sp?) declaring on us would make life easier for IRON, and thats what I was referring to.", and in fact seem to want to repeat this without any evidence. Most of us that signed up aid slots for the rebuilding aid are sending reps, we were waiting on vault to schedule it so both could go off without a hitch. But what ever, you can continue to make those of us in IRON with good will towards you look like fools.
