[/quote] to put it simply, lots of people teamed up for a common cause. their interractions caused friction. and their perceptions after the whole thing was over as to who is a threat in this new landscape and who belongs to which side, is creating new spheres. GOD does not want TOP to be in what it perceives to be the sphere it is a member of, and does not believe that it shares its perception of the enemy; so they cut one of the ties to the sphere they believe TOP to be a member of. it seems more like a gesture that they aren't screwing around since considering how everyone is amassing treaties with alliances on both spheres it is impossible to make clear sides. when you start seeing treaties being dropped it means the sides are clearing up and war is coming. ooc- add to this RL related stress due to exams and free time post-exams and you have an explosive situation.

this was a bad call from GOD and a sad day for all of CN.

GOONS is a bottom heavy alliance, it needs its large nations -> GOONS has no reason to have its large nations lose a lot of NS from a silly war started by some weird ninja-themed alliance -> GOONS shares the targets with their friends who could use the practice and takes off some of the burden on its larger nations sounds like a good idea to me there is a differnce between being a coward and being an idiot.

if the alliances that get raided on get reps, and have no complaints, i dont understand what your problem is.

if spying wasnt costing money, i'd support having random spy ops on members of your alliance to check the validity of WCs reported and such. when you join an alliance you hand over a lot of control over your nation, dont see why you shouldnt accept a harmless spy-op as nothing more than it is- harmless
