I swear sometimes my heart just breaks when reading some of these. They never thank the guy that actually write the treaties. (referring to the VE treaty) Anyway, I have always respected GOD. President Smith was a very good friend and he spoke highly about the idea of merging IBC with your alliance. Seeing it a reality was a very happy moment in time.
