[/quote] I think the responsibility for paying reps falls squarely on UINE. If the alliance did not have the means to pay, maybe such a gesture would then be appopriate. I don't think that is the case here. Sounds like NpO tried to get UINE to settle their debts, but Keve clearly dropped the ball personally (and as their leader, for his whole alliance).

Dajobo- I like and respect both you and Polaris, but I don't think that Polaris should be defending UINE. I recommend taking a step back here. I hope that this can come to a quick resolution.
