Treaty[/size][/center] Section I In the spirit of cooperation and friendship, LoSS and the Fallen Knights swear to treat one another with respect, honour, and loyalty; never to condone acts of acts of agression, weather in word or in deed, or to otherwise disparage or impugn the honour of their comrades. Section II Any acts of hostility between members of LoSS and the Fallen Knights are strictly forbidden, any act of hositlity between LoSS and the Fallen Knights (weather in an official capacity, or as independent members of the aforementioned alliances) must be comphensated for, the means to which will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Section III LoSS undertakes, in good faith, the responsability to defend the Fallen Knights against any unprovoked aggression, by whatever means LoSS deems necessary, reserving the right to military intervention in any conflict between the Fallen Knights and a foreign aggressor. Section IV During times of war the Fallen Knights has the option but is strongly encouraged to defend LoSS against any foreign aggressors. Section V The security and prosperity of LoSS being integral to the security and prosperity of the Fallen Knights, both alliances undertake to share information relevant to the interests of their counterparts. Section VI In the interest of promoting growth and good government in it's protectorates, LoSS will provide advisory personell to the Fallen Knights, to advise and shepherd the development of their alliance, and to coordinate their policies with those of LoSS. Section VII LoSS pledges not to interfere with the governance of the Fallen Knights, and to leave them relatively autonomous, free of LoSS influence save that of the aforementioned advisors. Section VIII The Fallen Knights shall undertake to inform LoSS of any and all proposals for treaties between themselves and any foreign alliance or institution, regardless of it's nature. Section IX Should either party wish to cancel this treaty, 72 hours notice must be provided. I really dont have to say this but I will anyways.... LoSS supports Chim and the IAA through w/e endeavor. This includes threads trying to slander Chim as well as the IAA. Having said that, it is all Chim's fault!

Congratulations Voodoo on your appointment to Emperor! Chim, words cannot express your deep loyalty to your alliance and those of your allies. You embraced LoSS when no one else would and you stuck with us through both our bad and good times. To me you always be IAA's emperor and I salute you for it. Jus to clear some things up. Ben is not a Tri and hasnt been for months. He was our MoD and is currently in Europe on vacation. Also, we specifically waited for TOOL to be done with their surrender terms before we moved forward on the treaty. Now at this point the arguing is getting ridiculous. Everyone is going in circles and it is going nowhere. Nemesis had their reasons, we had ours. We are still close however all this bickering on the OWF isnt helping. Much respect, much love, we are moving on.
