1. Omniscient 1, I have one question. Does GATO do things in the interest of itself or of random alliances around the world? 0/ Pacifica during this most wonderful celebration!
 2. Meh people are taking this too seriously. I got a good laugh at the NATO threads to be honest, even if I was part of the topic. I look forward to the outcome, whatever it may be.
 3.
Read above barbie, I'm man enough to admit when I'm in the wrong.
Hey no hard feelings, it appears we posted our responses at the same time. Thanks for the apology.
 4.
Saying that there is already an alliance based on a video game is like saying there is already an alliance based on a nationality. That's like saying since FOK exists there is no point for Nordriech. Your analogy would make a lot more sense if I was in a Mario themed alliance, but as it stands its a pretty weak attempt to refute my saying that this guy creating a new alliance wouldn't be worth the time and effort.
Well there is no point for Nordriech. And anyway, I like Tetris I was just trying to be devil's advocate but after reading the rest of the thread, it's impossible. My apologies for the weak refute, good sir.
Are you kidding? You honestly think this guy is going to be even remotely successful?
Nope, I sure don't. I should have seen that this guy formed an alliance two weeks or so ago and is already talking about another one. MConorDever, no offense dude, but you should stick with the one. Too many already.
 5.
You wouldn't have jumped in if NSO had begged you too. NPO would of found a way to avoid it, as always.
The 27 alliance wars we have fought beg to differ, ma'am. Try again?
 6. Congratulations on the outcome NSO. By the end of the aid train, you will be bigger than before the war started.
 7.
Yeah this has been tried before, and failed. There is already one established, reasonably successful alliances, BAPS. We don't need another alliance for a limited pool of eligible members in my opinion really.
Dude, you're in a 24 person alliance named after a video game. There is already one reasonably successful alliance based on a video game, Mushroom Kingdom. Lighten up. This alliance will probably be better than the vast majority of alliances we have.
 8.
There were over 70 alliances nominated and ODN never came up once.
Oh ok, it was nominations. Sorry, hadn't read or voted in every thread yet. Very entertaining so far.
 9. Thanks for all the shout outs in the NATO thread guys, but I haven't been in NATO for a while. Pretty good poll though I have to question ODN not being on there.
 10. Congrats. your flag is nice too. Keep up the good work, Rena
 11. You're right. Jesus said turn the other cheek, which was good advice until, you know, they crucified him. Either way, I don't believe it MUST be built. I believe that if it is what the land owner wants, so be it. Your property is your property. As an aside, wasn't there a mosque there before 9/11?
 12.
What Balder said
So you wanna roll NATO now? Good luck to those wrongfully excommunicated.
 13.
I'll definitely agree with you on the last part. And extend it to characters, because I don't know of anyone I really don't like on a personal level from the game. /except Tristan of course
hahaha, I'll let him know
 14. No hated memories. It's a game. I even love the alliances I hate IC.
 15.
Oh, the irony. Although, of course, raiding GAA is still a dick move. I realise why you're doing this, and if it was just a quiet raid on GGA without the OWF announcement I couldn't care less. But you're making a big deal out of the raiding of a few inactive GGA members who probably haven't even read their PMs now that they are no longer protected by a treaty. So while your issue is with the leaders, the people you are raiding are just the members. If you had beef with the GGA leadership when they were still a functioning alliance, you should have done something about it then.
Come now, that would require balls. The nations residing on GGA now are inactive members or members who stay for whatever sentimental value there is, there is no government or protection anymore so \m/ is free to be the big bad bully on the block now. Still though, it's something out of the norm, so I like it. Have fun raiding guys.
 16. Only two people running for triumvir? Nevertheless, good issue guys. I enjoy reading these.
 17.
Here's the thing. Sparta didn't do nothing about it. They started moving away from you, quietly signing treaties with the opposition, starting with Athens actually. When you crossed the invisible little line in the sand and came after their friends as you had come after so many others, they canceled on you and attacked you after the cancellation period was up. And they didn't do it to be part of the glorious new world order or to save their pixels. They did it because they were sick of your behavior to the rest of Planet Bob, and sick of the way you treated them.
Comrades Heft and D34th sum it up pretty much. Your post backs up the fact that they cared nothing for Pacifica or the Continuum and yet continued to profit off of it.
 18.
You canceled a piat with an ally that "has the distinction of having the longest-running public treaty with the New Pacific Order."? A PIAT? Well, whatever. For future reference, I fail to see how you are going to legitimately be able to argue that your viceroyship "helped" gato and CN now that you aren't allies. A viceroy is such a timeless blunder, I would have thought you would have held onto that PIAT until one of you got wiped off the face of the Bob just save your sorry @#$% some direly needed PR. Perhaps it's not relevant. GATO viceroyship was indeed a long time ago, but I doubt the cyberverse will let you get away with that excuse. I'm just sayin' Meh NPO o/ GATO Jeff Bar Spartan God Adding strange sig cause the cool kids are doing it. EDIT: sig
Err, what are you even trying to say? As it happens, we have a very good dialogue with a lot of GATO members and I don't see that changing. Not all of us are stuck in the past my friend. Wentworth Ruler of Inertia Baby Maker Extraordinaire Pacifican Scum
 19. Best of luck GATO. I do hope to continue seeing some of you.
 20.
It is widely recognized by both sides that the NPO and its allies have dominated the game since the end of the Third Great War, when the Initiative decisively crushed the remnants of the League Of Extraordinary Alliances and CoaLUEtion. Since then, various wrongs have been perpetuated by the Hegemony, which by and large went unopposed due to an inability to hold them accountable either diplomatically or militarily. Among these injustices include the practices of curbstomping smaller alliances, “occupying” enemies, issuing exorbitant reparation demands, and the practice of EZI. Also, most Karma alliances oppose policies such as the Moldavi Doctrine, which they view as a form of color-based authoritarianism born out of arrogance rather than the benevolence that NPO claims it to be. Therefore, Karma views this war as a means to dispense justice upon the Hegemony for their prior misdeeds and to re-establish some semblance of accountability.
Two out of four isn't too bad. *Taken from the description of "Karma" and why it was fought. Italics used to show that those alliances who made up Karma have a history of infringing on alliance sovereignty.
 21.
Honestly? LOL; that's all I have to say to this. This isn't about me, or us, or whatever, so I'll keep it out of this thread, but to suggest this is ridiculous, and you know it. Sometimes people leave alliances, I thought I did so on good terms. Sigh. Enough of that though, leaving it out of this lol. From what I've read there were mistakes on both sides, but it also seems like someone was itching for war. This could have been settled in 5 minutes of chat, instead war was declared. I thought this type of "might makes right" politics is what you all fought to prevent from happening anymore with the Karma war? At least that's how it was explained to me, broken down to the basics. I wasn't around back then, so I can't say myself. But making the connection is obvious and makes it all the more ridiculous and humorous. I can always count on the OWF to deliver, there's no denying that. Ridiculous entertainment at it's best.
You're Pacifcia now Lucas, it's obvious you no longer think for yourself.
 22.
The last time we were stomped was UJW, and coincidentally all of those people are on our side this time around. We've - obviously - never disbanded.

lol we disbanded? News to me.
I think you both missed the "not directed at GOD persay" part. I know GOD never disbanded. I made the statement in this thread to avoid having to do it in every thread. There are members of alliances that have disbanded before and cried long and hard over it in all these threads laughing it up now. Which is ok, everyone needs their day in the sun. Personally, I don't mind GOD. You guys do your thing.
