Penkala Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share So, PenkalaWhere was that war you promised me we'd have after you ran behind CSN and I asked you to do the same courtesy I did for you by selling infra? Just wondering. Standing offer's been on the table for months. It's a shame you won't take it. Quote Link to comment
Dagrr Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share You wish. Not that I have any real information, but I think they're probably boycotting the CSN "side" after the DT drama. Not completely rational, but I don't really blame them. Well damn, I thought this blog was about Nordreich supposedly offering to declare war on Pacifica. This must be the cheese blog. My mistake. The MVP Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share refusing to pay reps does not equal eternal war The terms stand at 30,000 technology paid by DT nations paid to the combined nations of Legacy and The Commonwealth. During the period that DT is paying reparations they will not carry standing navies or nuclear arsenals. No more negotiating. No more middle-men. No more anything. Surrender or burn. Please do some more research before I prove you wrong with two clicks of a mouse. Oh but wait, inb4 letting someone "burn" not equaling eternal war. Standing offer's been on the table for months. It's a shame you won't take it. You won't sell infra and will continue to buy infra to suit the needs of your ever growing nation. I know, what an offer it was! Quote Link to comment
D34th Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Honest question: Why would NoR attack NPO? Quote Link to comment
Matthew Conrad Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Hey look. Another blog about NPO. I literally can't think of a single purpose for the existence of this. If you're going to keep saying this like you have in other threads, at least use it to lead into a point. It would be so much better than this passive aggressive stance people seem to find so popular now for some reason. Quote Link to comment

I don't feel I need to make a point. If you still feel we should discuss the relevance of the NPO or of that particular statement of mine, perhaps you should start a new blog or thread. NoFish Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share If NoR goes through with this... helping the same group of alliances that, by force, took 20k tech from their ally DT, well... That's just stupid isn't it? You wish. Not that I have any real information, but I think they're probably boycotting the CSN "side" after the DT drama. Not completely rational, but I don't really blame them. CSN is afaik not on any "side" in the NPO-Doomhouse conflict. They have no allies involved in the war up to the third chain. Quote Link to comment
Lord Brendan Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Unless I am very much mistaken, the Commonwealth has no beef with Pacifica. I'm not sure why Nordreich thought we cared if they attacked them or not. Likewise we have no beef with Doomhouse, but I don't see how they're on our "side". Honest question: Why would NoR attack NPO? oA with FAN, I believe. Quote Link to comment

Haflinger Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share My guess is they'll help out FAN on NPO about a month or so after they roll Superfriends. Quote Link to comment
Penkala Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Honest question: Why would NoR attack NPO? To help FAN. Who they care very much about and are obviously going to help out, rather than be petty and try to continue to "punish" their allies. Right? Please do some more research before I prove you wrong with two clicks of a mouse.Oh but wait, inb4 letting someone "burn" not equaling eternal war. Uh, you do realize they have peace now, right? So they're literally not in an eternal war. Period. End of discussion. Not debatable. Quote Link to comment
flak attack Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share They have no allies involved in the war up to the third chain. Athens is in the war. Quote Link to comment
Ashoka the Great Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share It seems that my earlier response was too ambiguous and therefore was not comprehended by some of the great minds of CSN represented here. Therefore, let me put it another way. Should CSN and Nordreich ever be treaty partners, then you will of course have every right to expect a timely response to such a reasonable inquiry, although I should advise you that such inquiries are generally made in private. Now, using a standard margin of error of 3% I think it's safe to say there is no more than a 3% chance that Nordreich will ever ally with a dishonorable, fetid cesspool like CSN, especially while they're in the business of having leaders of other alliances write their agreements. Nordreich prefers to deal with alliances that think for themselves. Or 'think' period. CSN does not live up to this most basic of requirements. In the likely event that this explanation has sailed far over the head of the average, slope-browed member of CSN, I feel I should express myself using one of those damnable "tl;dr" expressions. *ahem* tl;dr - lol no Have a lovely day. Lord Brendan Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Cesspool? Fetid? My home this is! You still haven't explained why we would care if you attacked NPO or not. Quote Link to comment
Penkala Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share I'm in VE, not CSN, and I have as much of a right to call you on your lies and BS as the next guy. Which is what I'm doing here. If your ally was honestly in so much trouble and you really wanted to help them, and now the only obstacle has been removed... Why aren't you helping them? Unless you were twisting the facts of the situation to make CSN look bad. But you'd never ever do that, would you? Quote Link to comment
Penkala Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share And i'd like to note that the ad hominems are not strengthening your argument. Grow up, Kingzog. Quote Link to comment
Ashoka the Great Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Cesspool? Fetid? My home this is! You still haven't explained why we would care if you attacked NPO or not. It has been explained elsewhere. I'm not going to repeat myself. I'm in VE, not CSN, and I have as much of a right to call you on your lies and BS as the next guy. Which is what I'm doing here. If your ally was honestly in so much trouble and you really wanted to help them, and now the only obstacle has been removed... Why aren't you helping them? Unless you were twisting the facts of the situation to make CSN look bad. But you'd never ever do that, would you? An honest mistake, since until very recently you were the mouthpiece for CSN with regard to DT. I can't imagine why I could have been confused, since all the world knows that you are not in CSN. You are in fact so important that the world follows your every move, however trivial. You, gentle sir, are a god to those of us who must turn away when confronted by the brightness of your glory. Anyway.... What's genuinely funny is that you call me a liar when I've been quite forthright, both with you and your allies and also with our own allies. If you feel reality has been twisted, then perhaps it's time to switch meds. It's also funny that you follow up an ad hominem with: And i'd like to note that the ad hominems are not strengthening your argument. Grow up, Kingzog. I believe the best response to this is: "Your Mom", "lol fanfic" or whatever else outrages the small of mind and weak of constitution these days. I see no reason to back away from the contention that you are a fool. If every person who agreed with me were to post here, your pointless exercise in blogging would stretch to hundreds of pages, and you would underscore their assertions by basking in the attention you received. You're not getting an answer from me because you're not entitled to one. It really is that simple. Ask a thousand times and, unlike your answer to numerous queries in the past, my response will not change. Quote Link to comment
Lord Brendan Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share It has been explained elsewhere. I'm not going to repeat myself. I just skimmed your entire blog post on the matter and can't see any reference as to why CSN would care at all if you decided to help FAN or not. Seriously, I don't get it. We have no strategic interest in the defeat of Pacifica, except for the distant side-effect of Athens fighting Legion. They appear to be doing quite alright though, so it's hardly a concern.
