Be IRC active [i]Article II[/i] Government Respect thine Tallest Midget [u]Tallest Midgets[/u] The Tallest Midgets are the head of CA, they makes all government desicion's and all Declarations of War. The Tallest Midgets share absolute power. Unaligned nations, we advise sharing targets, its more fun with other Midgets b. Members of alliances under 10 members, they might as well be unalligned c. Enemies of CA. d. Nations CA are at war with. Defensive Wars: Any alliance member engaged in a defensive war IS authorized to request assistance and the alliance should make every effort to assist said nation.
