I now present: [quote][center][size="4"]The Orthrus Accords[/size][/center] Preamble Athens and The Hooligans, in hopes of fostering and developing a friendship, come together today to sign an Optional Defense Pact. Also, something about the mythical Greek creature, Orthrus, and how we are like it’s two heads. Article I: Sovereignty In signing this treaty, both Athens and The Hooligans acknowledge the sovereignty of each other’s alliance and membership. Article II: Non-aggression Both alliances agree to refrain from committing aggressive actions against each other no matter how desperate for tech raid targets we are. Article III: Optional Defense Athens and Hooligans agree to lend support to each other in times of war and peace and either signatory may assist or request military or economic aid during times of war. However, it is understood that this is not mandatory and neither party will treat it as such. Article IV: Intelligence Both alliances agree to reveal any information that could be potentially harmful to the other alliance. Any confidential information from this relationship may only be revealed with the consent of both parties. Both signatories agree to never withhold information which could be harmful to the other alliance. Any privileged information from this relationship may not be shared without the express consent of both parties. Article V: Communication Both alliances realize that this is a treaty and agree that communication is necessary in a healthy relationship. Despite what some denizens of the OWF may say, both Athens and The Hooligans are decent people and will conduct communications in a civil and respectful manner. Article VI: Cancellation This treaty may be canceled by either signatory, with a 72 hour private notice. After which, there will be a 48 hour Non Aggression Period.
