He'll rebuild and eventually will try this again. How do I know this? Past history. He got off the hook last time because TOP gave us a whole buncha money. He managed to get white peace from VE despite picking a fight with them for no good reason. He goes right back to fighting us, and we're supposed to let him walk and give him a third chance to maybe do some actual damage? Hell no.

Say what you will about PZI and EZI and whatever, I'm in the business of doing everything within my power not to repeat mistakes. To give Methrage any kind of terms other than his extinction is to repeat a mistake.

Again, these are my own opinions, and if GOONS gov decided to cut a deal, I'll abide by it. I sure as hell won't be happy, but I'll listen and follow.

That being said, if someone wants to drop, say, a Billion on us, with a capital B, for Methy's release, I might be inclined to change my tune. Otherwise, 'til he's gone.

I don't know what there is to discuss. Methrage is not interested in peace. Even when he actually had money, tech, and friends he wasn't willing to pay any of those things to get peace. Now that he has nothing, there's very little he can offer. Wonder decommission is a decent out since he has nothing else. GOONS isn't in the business of letting him off just so he can rogue on us again. He already did that once after TOP paid for his release. If we let him go again he's going to have to be serious about it.

The 90m being paid to you guys wasn't an agreement I was involved in making and in the last war you guys attacked me starting it, so you guys actually owe me if anything. When TOP paid you guys $90m to take me off your Enemy of GOONS list you guys even continued attacking throughout the time it took them to pay off the money, continuing to cause damage to my nation even after you were getting the paid. Also I didn't give my word that if you guys accepted that $90m I wouldn't attack you guys again. I think I even said back then that forcing big reps would leave a grudge, but white peace would not.

Interesting revision of history that you claim I attacked you guys last time though.

While Methrage has proved to be a highly profitable venture I don't see it being a growth market. I think the parties willing to pay for him/aid him and get caught about it are also about tapped out.

I'm not interested in a deal where someone else pays to rebuild the damage I've done, if me and GOONS are going to come to a lasting peace agreement its going to have to be one where another alliances doesn't pay an unreasonable sum on my behalf, they would have to offer a deal which Kerberos Nexus is able to fulfill.
