I am not putting a link to his nation because he has at least once deleted and recreated his nation after it was apparently destroyed by the Powers That Be. [This is not confirmed.] Some background: While applying to our alliance, he presumed to bypass Applicant status and mask his nation as a full member of Celestial Being. I spied away some of the tech he stole and he became indignant. No matter. As you could imagine, I had trouble sleeping that night contemplating is "off-the-charts" efficiency. Nonetheless I declared war and attacked.
