Problem is we have very little of either. I think more than anything april fools is a time where see what alliances really want to announce, but figure people will take it overly seriously on other days. Vanguard and MK are MDAP so almost might as well be the same alliance and their LUE roots. GGA really was a NPO puppet at the time, so New Emerald Order seemed to be what they really were going for. It wouldn't be politics as usual, it would be unexpected, and it would make for a juicy storyline-inject for the history book.
