Not entirely. I know that some view it as an "opportunistic signing" merely to help jump in the war, whereas their SLCB treaty is more longstanding. I was only asking for clarification if this was the case, and it was not, apparrently. Just asking, that's all.

Nah, we didn't consider the treaty in our declaration. We don't fall into the belief that it was an opportunistic signing, though. We've known Vanguard for long enough to know they're better than that, and don't prescribe to that way of doing things.
