Chad
January 14, 2010, Jadukagrad, North Province, Crimea Iso ^Click^ The Kingdom of Jaduka The Jadukan Provincial Guard was standing in rows as General Vladimir Domo De Dovo walked toward the podium. He was flanked by his right hand man, Dmitry Oblastikov, and junior provincial representative Steven Reineke ((OOC: Wiki coming soon)). The populace of the break away region of Jaduka were standing eager behind the JPG soldiers. Domo De Dovo finally reached the podium and the crowd began to cheer. Citizens of Jaduka. I am here to announce that what we have been longing for is finally, and at long lasts, realized. I am a man of business and, therefore, must apologize for my lack of charisma. Since the assimilation of Crimea Iso into our neighbor, Vaule, our culture has been nearly destroyed. Those of us in, even, the capital of Rostovi Corner now consider themselves to be Vaulian. The once mighty Crimean Houses of Del Vixen and Carbon have also been lost in history. We, however, have not. We here in Jaduka still hold our culture and language near and dear to our hearts. We do not share the same culture, language, or values with our Vaulian brethren that surround us. We are but an oasis of hope that our race shall survive and not drown in the current of corrupt change. It is for this reason that we declare ourselves independent from the former Crimean Empire and the United Democratic Republic of Vaule ((OOC: Sorry if your name changed, this is just what I remember)). I will admit that without the support of our Vaulian neighbors our existence will be strained. Nevertheless, we will prevail. I ask, first, that President Treize Karolekov recognize our new independent status. We then ask the world to recognize our will to govern ourselves. Finally, I want to congratulate you all on new found independence and self-governorship! The crowd roared with applause and cheering as Domo De Dovo crowned himself king, making him the first Domo De Dovo to be crowned since 1579. Imperator Azenquor
***Private Message to Domo De Dovo**** Enclosed are the terms of the Independence of the Kingdom of Jaduka, and the proposed territory to be allotted to that state: Special Independence Agreement (SIA)Article 1: The government of Vauleo-Buryatia shall, upon the signing of this agreement, recognize the government of the Kingdom of Jaduka as a sovereign and independent entity representative of the wishes of the people in its territory Article 2: The government of the Kingdom of Jaduka shall accordingly assume all duties including the defense of the territory upon the withdrawal of Vauleo-Buryatian Citizens and Military Personnel. Article 3: The territory to be held by the Kingdom of Jaduka shall be subject to the Zhukov Doctrine. This means that, should the government of the Kingdom of Jaduka be removed, collapse, dissolve or should the territory descend into anarchy, disorder or any situation whereby the government of Jaduka is unable to govern, the territory would return to its status as a Vauleo-Buryatian province regardless of any other agreement regarding the territory Article 4: The government of Vauleo-Buryatia agrees to hold future negotiations regarding ceding additional territory to the Kingdom of Jaduka for reasons of natural growth if and when this becomes necessary Article 5: Except in situations where the Zhukov Doctrine is activated, the government of Vauleo-Buryatia shall not be responsible for the defense of the Kingdom of Jaduka against any threats be they internal or external. In short this is not a guarantee of Jaduka's independence. Article 6: This agreement shall remain enacted unless the government of Vauleo-Buryatia collapses without a successor state or if the Zhukov Doctrine results in the territory returning to its Provincial status. Signed, For the Socialist Union of Vauleyo-Buryatia, Miroslav Anyatevich, President of Vauleyo-Buryatia Grigori Ourumov, Deputy President of Vauleyo-Buryatia For the Kingdom of Jaduka, King Vladimir Domo De Dovo Prime Minister Dmitry Oblastikov Territory to be given to the Kingdom of Jaduka: ***Public News*** "Several Vaulian, Buryatian and Zemlyan citizens begin protesting against the possible independence of the northern provinces and urge the government to refuse the request for independence. A group calling itself the United Vauleyo-Buryatian Movement (UVM) has called on citizens to stage acts of civil disobedience in response to the government's inaction. On the Nationalist side of the political spectrum, the Vauleyo-Buryatian Nationalist Party has urged President Anyatevich to declare martial law and to send in the army to crush the secessionists. Despite the protest from some in the region, the government has so far been tight lipped about the matter and has only sought to assure the public that the matter is under discussion at the highest levels of government."-Reporter Edited January 18, 2010 by Imperator Azenquor

Imperator Azenquor
"The Vauleyo-Buryatian government, persuant to the declaration signed by itself and the Jadukan Representatives, hereby recognize the independence of the Kingdom of Jaduka. Vauleyo-Buryatia's military will begin an immediate withdrawal of their forces from the territory ceded to the Kingdom of Jaduka. It is expected that this withdrawal should take 2-3 months to be completed."-Government Spokesman ***News Bulletin*** "After the government officially recognized the independence of the Kingdom of Jaduka, a crowd of people started to gather in front of the Parliament building in Yakutsk to protest the decision and to insist upon President Anyatevich's resignation. The protest has been peaceful and there have been no reports of incidents thus far. Approximately 3,000 of the 10,000 non-Crimean citizens living in the territory begin to leave, refusing to be a part of the new state. Approximately 4,000 express the desire to remain where they are despite the formation of the Kingdom of Jaduka, while the remainder are reportedly undecided. Another possible situation could arise regarding those who intend to remain behind in the Kingdom of Jaduka. According to the agreement signed, the government would remove both Vauleyo-Buryatian military forces and citizens from the area. This would mean that those who choose to remain behind will automatically lose their Vauleyo-Buryatian citizenship once the withdrawal is complete. Nonetheless, there is now another independent state in Asia."-Reporter
