We had the highest of hopes for a long and prosperous relationship with our friends and allies at CEN. Thar has worked incredibly hard at making CEN work and it is a clear testament to his leadership and dedication that CEN accomplished so much in such a short time. Having most of the government leave gave way to way too much to do.
