Oh, Lord, raise me to Thy right hand and count me among Thy saints." In the First Era, there was JWConner. In his infinite power and wisdom, he created Veritas Aequitas. He made it grow from infancy to be among those great alliances that came before. For more than a year, this great man was our leader. Under his leadership, Veritas Aequitas grew to be several times it's original size, and many milestones were conquered. But everything has an end. And even great and powerful leaders have to make a choice. Thus it came to pass, JWConner decided to step down. The coming of Mrott the Great ushered in the Second Era. Having been JWConner's second-in-command for as long as can be remembered by living historians, he had gained considerable knowledge. He used this knowledge, and his own skill and cunning, to continue on the path laid out before him. And Veritas Aequitas conquered more milestones. But once again, everything comes to and end. Due to obligations elsewhere, Mrott has decided to step down as Lord Protector of Veritas Aequitas. Here, at the beginning of the Third Era, I am proud to announce that Mrott has chosen me, Erixxxx of Procrastinatoria, as his successor. I will do my very best to keep Veritas Aequitas growing and strong. For those of you who might be interested, Mrott, like Conner, will stay on as special advisor to the government. Any and all are welcome to visit our forums and have a drink in our Bar/Grill at any time. Rounds are on me!
