Sargun II
Artemis Global Services is banned from operating inside the Republic of Mariehamm. No employees of AGS are allowed inside the country. If they attempt to hide their employment from Republican security forces or police, they will be arrested on the grounds of deceiving an officer of the law, added onto their initial State Tresspassing charge."Mercenaries companies are completely immoral. These are people who profit from death and destruction, and make war something to be desired by stockholders. We cannot allow such companies to exist or work in this nation without raising moral issues." -PM Pesonen. If any AGS employee is inside your nation you would be wise to arrest them, as Mariehamm is one of the nine AGS banned nations. Subtleknifewielder
No members of our company below the Board of Directors will be made public - all soldiers are required to have their faces hidden and if you wish to use surveillance on our bases you would be violating the nation that the base belongs to. If any nation knows who are employees are, it can be assumed they are spying on Artemis - but since Artemis has no sovereign land they are spying on the nation our land belongs to.We take high security precautions. If our employee enters your country off-duty, you will most likely see him as a civilian. And he will be a civilian. OOC: I was wondering when you'd respond to that... Right across from the Smartass Republic. OOC: OK, now who are you insulting? "We are appalled to be on the same list as Lesser Aotearoa. Please make a new list for us. Frankly, your IC actions are kinda odd for someone who runs a company. We don't see Steve Jobs or Dirk Meyer throwing around petty insults at people. Vedran
Artemis will be allowed to compete with Arctican companies to provide personal protection for VIPs but any organized military activity in our territory not performed by or approved by our own armed forces is considered a hostile act (this goes for pretty much anyone). V The King
Artemis Global Services is welcome to establish an office anywhere in Viniland, although we will currently hold off from allowing training grounds or otherwise to be established due to the company's pronounced mercenary services - if AGS is to establish said branch, then they must open themselves for scrutiny of the Vinilandese government to ensure the company operates within legal regulations. Sumeragi
Artemis has recently released our five "Unforgivable Acts".1. Harming an unarmed civilian. 2. Harming an armed civilian or enemy soldier that has surrendered. 3. Harming a diplomat or government official - or their bodyguards. 4. Use of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. 5. Violating a contract. If any member of Artemis proceeds to complete a UA, they are to be tried by an impartial judge with a death sentence hanging over their heads. With this announcement, we shall take Artemis off our national security threat list. Of course, they still are under the Immigration Control Law. OOC: You forgot that Sumeragi = Nation in Kyokujitsu. Arkantos
Very well, AGS has permission to operate in Aiginor again, but your operations will be supervised by Homeland Defence troops at all times. In addition, we give the following press release: To any Artemis employee that violates the fifth Unforgivable Act, you will always have asylum in Aiginor. Any of the others however, are also either a death sentence or a lengthly prison sentence. One is trial by mob.
