It is my understanding that Old Guard does not seem to consider itself at war with FAN. As mythicknight pointed out, TORN is under deliberation. I doubt MHA is going to hold FAN down or even thinks they're at war with them. I think NATO would be receptive to peace negotiations. Other than that, their list looks much the same as ours.
